Wonderfully nice apartment of 76m2 in a beautiful Art Deco palace and located in the center of Nice. The proximity to shops, restaurants, museums and the 400 meters to the beach and Promenade des Anglais, makes it the perfect holiday apartment. Although the apartment is located in the middle of the city, this is a quiet area. There is also a grocery store, bakery and pharmacy right nearby. The apartment is beautifully and personally decorated and very homely!
From the nice balcony you have a wonderful view of Nice and the hills that surround the city. There is a dining table with seating for 4 people and also a small cafe table with two chairs.
The entire apartment has Air condition.
There are 2 large bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed (160x200cm)and a dresser. From the room you have direct access to the cozy balcony.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140x190cm), a large wardrobe and desk.
There is 1 bathroom with a bathtub and shower and toilet. there is also a separate toilet.
The kitchen is large and well equipped where there is everything you could need. There are, among other things, a dishwasher, oven, micro-oven and Nespresso machine.
The living room is large and airy with a dining area where there is a dining table/chairs with seating for 4 people. In the lounge, there is also a sofa group and TV. From here you can go directly to the balcony.
The apartment is located at the top of the building and there is a lift.
