Beautiful 3-bed Villa situated on famous Fuerteventura Golf Course

NEW TO RENTAL MARKET - This beautiful villa is situated on La Estancia on the famous Fuerteventura Golf Course in Caleta de Fuste with amazing views across the golf course.

The Villa sleeps 6 in 3 bedrooms.

The air-conditioned living room is furnished with a leather sofa and a dining table seating 6 people. There is a 55” Samsung Smart TV with all UK TV channels and many more in several languages, a as well as a video club with numerous movies and box sets. There is also fibre internet with fast speeds with wifi connection.

The kitchen comes complete with a breakfast bar/stools and is fully fitted with an oven, a hob, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a coffee maker and all other kitchen essentials. There is also a utility area with washing machine.

The main bedroom has an ensuite with shower, a kingsize bed with plenty of wardrobe space and also air conditioning.

The second bedroom also has a kingsize bed and ample wardrobe space.

The third bedroom has 2 single beds also with double wardrobe.

This villa is perfect for couples and families.

All the bed linen and towels are supplied including beach towels.

A Cot and High Chair is available on request for a small fee.

There is a family bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outside space has a private heated swimming pool (up to 29 deg November to April inc.) which is 8m x 4m with a depth range of 1.2-1.8m.

There is a sunny roof terrace you can admire breathtaking views with seating and sun loungers.

The nearest beach is only a 5 minute walk away which is situated behind the Atlantico Commercial Centre that has a wide variety of shops, restaurants, arcades, a cinema, a bowling alley, a casino and bars for you to enjoy.

The town centre is just 2.5 km away, with a lovely coastal walk from Atlantico right round to the Marina. There are numerous restaurants and bars to choose from all around Caleta, offering many different cuisines. Caleta de Fuste is ideally situated to visit all parts of the island either via a hire car or public transport/excursions.

Villa very clean upon arrival and all correspondence prior to arrival was excellent. Amenities more than enough for all of us. Pool was very warm indeed and very welcoming. The position of the villa was right next to the 16th hole and in a quiet road. All in all highly recommend. Easy access to the local centre and the town.

Lovely villa

This was our third stay in Caleta and the best villa we have stayed in. It is in an excellent location overlooking the golf course, it met all our expectations, very clean with all amenities you need. Would definitely stay here again.

The villa was perfect and had everything you could need for a wonderful holiday, close proximity to everything and the villa was spotless and well looked afterThe only one slight thing was there was no air conditioning in the 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom was lovely and cool as this has air conI would high recommend this villa as a lovely place to stay, close enough to reach amenities but in a very quiet and peaceful location

Fantastic Villa

Lovely villa in great location, convenient for local shopping center and nice walks into town each night. Villa better than described and was lovely and clean. The views over the golf course are fantastic, with the garden getting the sun all day long. Would definitely stay again, highly recommended.

We are sorry you felt you had to comment about the managing agent, we have investigated the communication between yourself and the agent on various communication platforms and it appears there was confusion about how many guests were staying and when they were arriving, I believe you were made aware that this information is a legal requirement which needs to be done before your stay in the property and indeed in any legally registered property, which I believe you have not experienced previously. The agent takes this legal requirement and their obligation very seriously and will completely adhere to all rules associated with this process. Hence why there had to be so many attempts to obtain the information required. This process is usually carried out prior to arrival and if all the relevant information requested is forthcoming and completed in a timely manner, it's a very quick and simple process, which unfortunately in this case it was not. We wish you well for all your future holidays.

Fantastic

Great sized villa with lots of outside space. Host was easy to contact and was able to fix a small issue with a smoke alarm battery with 30mins. Location is great. Easy to reach the marina and shopping centre.

Excellent villa, location and host

This villa was excellent for our say, plenty of space, good pool well maintained and cleaned while we were there. Lots of sun beds and sun terrace overlooking the golf course. Good location to supermarket, beach and restaurants. Excellent communication with Kim the host being very accommodating to our needs. If available next year we will definitely book again. This villa comes highly recommended.

Christmas & New Year at Casa Lorca

Very well maintained property with wonderful views over the golf course. We spent two weeks here and the pool was cleaned a couple of times, the bedding and towels were also changed during our stay. Very quiet area, which suited us, supermarket 10 minutes walk and resort centre about 20 minutes away. Would definitely return to this villa if available for our next visit.

Villa with golf views

This villa is as described. Very spacious and clean and lots of areas to sit outside to watch golfers go past. There are shops and bars about 10 minutes from villa or about 20-15 to main town where you find more bars and restaurants and shops. Taxis are easy to find if you don’t want to walk. Would certainly return

Villa Lorca

Lovely modern villa overlooking the golf course. Perfectly situated for a stroll to the Atlantico Centre or an easy walk into Caleta de Fueste along the sea front. The villa was very well furnished with just about everything you could need, the walk in shower was great and the bbq was just brilliant. The pool was lovely, although we did find the steps rather steep. Surprised that there wasn't any depth measurements or a life ring, not the we needed them, but then we didn't have a young family.

Lovely Stay!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Lorca & hope to return! We have been regular visitors to the golf course for many years but this was our 1st since Covid & 1st to Casa Lorca. Kim & Nik make everything so straightforward & are excellent, experienced managers - thank you so much & also to the villa owner who we hope will continue to rent it out. We did buy a couple of cava flutes & a plastic measuring jug & left them for future guests. The general feel of the villa is of such nice quality..furniture, cutlery, crocks, comfortable beds, nice bedlinen etc which was appreciated. (The pool was warm) As always, we treated everything with respect as if in our own home & this lovely villa certainly deserves that. We look forward to returning. Thank you again.

Excellent property

We have just had a lovely week away in a beautiful property. It really is everything we could of wished for, and more. The property was clean, and well equipped with everything you might need for a self catering week away. The management team and response for arranging the week away was fantastic. We made the mistake of leaving something behind and they were really helpful in sorting this out, which we were very grateful for. The area of the property is ideal as everything is within walking distance, whilst also being located in a peaceful place which was perfect for relaxing. The views over the golf course where also a nice added extra to a beautiful location and property. We would of happily stayed for longer and would love to book again in the future. Thank you for the use of your lovely home!

Fantastic villa

We stayed here in August 2023 and this really is a fantastic villa. Everything was immaculately clean and we could not fault anything. From the minute we booked, the whole process was faultless and communication excellent. We were in touch with the manager when there and she provided a great service. The villa itself is so spacious and has everything you could wish for. We found the area to be quiet and very peaceful. Pool area is lovely and a great place for sunbathing and relaxing. Our only suggestion would be air conditioning in all bedrooms as it was incredibly hot at night! It’s a reasonable walk into Caleta Da Fuste but there are local taxis or even electric scooters which are great fun if you don’t want to walk. The beach and a large supermarket aren’t far away either so the location is quite good. This villa is ideally situated for the airport so only a very short transfer. No need to hire a car as taxis from the airport are frequent and reasonable. Thank you for a lovely holiday!

Lovely brand new villa

Lovely well equipped villa, it’s better than the photos portray. It is in a very quiet location over looking the golf course, but just a 10 minute walk to the shops and bars and I’d you want to go further, taxis are really cheap. It has a fabulous outside space to enjoy in the day and night. It is everything you need from a villa. Lovely lounge, Netflix, master bedroom has aircon, two fabulous bathrooms. We would book again and highly recommend it and you don’t need a car as a taxi from the airport is €15, unless you want to go out sight seeing
