Lovely villa - all day sun, heated private pool with golf views, close to beach

Situated in a fantastic location on Las Cascadas, within Fuerteventura golf course in Caleta De Fuste. Only a 10-15 minute walk or 3 minute drive to the beaches and the Atlantico Shopping Centre, and just a few km from the airport making this an ideal and convenient location.

The villa has four bedrooms – 2 double, 1 twin and 1 single. Two full bathrooms, both with showers, and one also has a jacuzzi bath. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels provided.

There is a large kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer and small appliances, including coffee machine. A washing machine is available to use in the utility room.

Large screen TV in the lounge, with full TV package including UK channels and high-speed wifi. The dining room is a bright and airy place to eat, on a huge table with a view to the pool. Lounge and bedrooms are air-conditioned.

The outdoor space is truly amazing! The rear terrace has front-line golf course views, is south-facing and gets the sun all day – from sunrise to sunset. There is a private heated swimming pool (heating supplement applies - €50 per week payable locally) with sun loungers (so no towel-dash at 6am needed!). There is a sheltered seating area, and an undercover outdoor dining space with views over the pool to the golf course.

There is a more shady area to the front of the villa, with a further eating area and a charcoal stone barbeque. Finally, the massive roof terrace offers another perspective on the resort, from the Atlantic Ocean to the West to the mountains in the East.
