THE BUILDING
Palazzo Ciancaleoni is located on the lovely street of the same name, where the powerful Ciancaleoni family lived and owned most of the surrounding area during the Middle Ages.
The palace, dating back to the 12th century B.C., is part of an even older archaeological complex—100 years older than the Colosseum.

THE APARTMENT
The Blue Loft was perfectly restored a few years ago and equipped with every comfort. The apartment is spread over two levels, creating a bohemian and welcoming atmosphere that gives the apartment its unique character. The industrial-chic style furniture, paired with antique terracotta flooring and a travertine bathroom, adds a touch of refinement and attention to detail.
The Loft measures 30 square meters on the first floor and 17 square meters on the upper floor. There is a king-size bed on the upper floor and a sofa bed in the living area, which features a large table for dining or working, as well as a fully equipped bathroom and kitchenette.
