Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem schönen 1886 Palast.
Es gibt einen großen Innenhof mit vielen schönen Pflanzen. Der Palast ist sehr ruhig.
Die Wohnung ist sehr groß (70 m2) und komfortabel.
Der Eingang öffnet sich zu einem sehr geräumigen Wohnzimmer (26 m2). Es ist ein sehr sonniger Raum mit 2 Fenstern. Es gibt einen Tisch für 5 Personen, einen LCD-Fernseher 40 "mit NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO, GOOGLE CHROME, SPOTIFY und einer weiteren App, ein Doppelschlafsofa und ein Sofa.
Vom Wohnzimmer aus bringt Sie ein Flur in die anderen Räume.
Am Ende des Korridors befindet sich das Schlafzimmer.
Es ist ein sehr komfortables und elegantes Zimmer. Es ist sonnig und geräumig (26 m2). Es gibt ein Doppelsofabett mit einer allergikergeeigneten Matratze, einen weiteren 40-Zoll-Fernseher und einen großen Kleiderschrank. Dieses Zimmer verfügt auch über ein Schlafsofa für einen 5. Gast.
Die Wohnung hat auch eine voll möblierte und ausgestattete Küche.
Es gibt einen Kühlschrank, eine Gefriertruhe, einen Gasherd, einen Herd, eine italienische Kaffeemaschine, eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapsel (wir bieten die beste Kapsel für einen originalen italienischen Espresso) und alles Geschirr.
Das Badezimmer ist sehr komfortabel, es hat eine Badewanne. Heißes Wasser ist unbegrenzt.

Bathroom looked completely different from listing photos — narrow tub, worn fixtures, slow drain. Shower pressure very weak. Walls thin. Most seriously, while connected to the property WiFi, I received unauthorized login attempts on two of my accounts at 3am. When I raised the WiFi security concern with the host, she dismissed it. VRBO declined to intervene when contacted. Travelers with families should be aware.

I truly care about ensuring that all my guests have an excellent experience in my apartment, and when I receive negative feedback—fortunately, this is quite rare—I am genuinely disappointed. Regarding the bathroom, I would like to confirm that it's exactly as shown in the listing photos. I personally took the pictures and I'm not able to use any editing tools, so they accurately reflect the apartment. As for the design, we intentionally chose a vintage style, with new fixtures inspired by ceramic sanitary ware typical of the 1970s. I understand that this aesthetic may not suit everyone’s taste, as it is ultimately a matter of personal preference. I would also like to address your concerns regarding the alleged attempted access to your account, as reported by you. As I explained, the apartment’s WiFi network is protected by a firewall that prevents unauthorized access. For this reason, it seems highly unlikely that a third party could have attempted to access your Gmail account through the apartment’s connection. I contacted my internet service provider, who confirmed that there were no suspicious or external accesses to the network. I also reached out to guests who stayed before and after you, and none reported any similar issues. That said, I must admit I was somewhat surprised to receive this review, especially considering that during your stay in the apartment you did not raise any concerns, and only did so after I sent a reminder regarding the payment of the city tax, which had not been settled at check-out despite being clearly stated. I am sure this is simply a coincidence; however, I felt it was worth mentioning for clarity. In any case, I wish you all the best.

This flat's location is wonderful! Lovely park (Piazza Vittorio Emmanuele) with a Metro station a block away, numerous restaurants, coffee bars, bakeries and grocery stores within a few blocks, and easy walking distance to the Colosseum, Forum and most sights. Great stay

We had a great stay at this apartment. Convenient for the train station and getting to all the sights of Rome. Lots of shops, bars and restaurants nearby and easy for buses and metro. Felt like living with the local population rather than as a tourist. Very good communication with hosts who were helpful at all times.

Large apartment — quiet and comfortable retreat

After roaming Rome, we looked forward to returning to this apartment. The rooms are spacious and well arranged for lounging, reading, snacking and sleeping. Excellent air conditioning units cool down and keep the large rooms cool (we were there in July). Nearby are good restaurants and the Termini train station and metro stations are within easy walks.
