Marvelous villa with private pool, veranda and large outdoor spaces, located in the countryside of Noci, a small town known for its wine culture in the hinterland of Puglia.
Villa Marangi, spread only over the ground floor, is accessible through the wood veranda in front of the entrance which comes with a dining table and a comfortable sofa.
The door opens onto the living room that features a double sofa bed and a TV with its cabinet. The fully-equipped kitchen, connected to the sitting room, includes an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle and a coffee machine, in addition to a dining table.
The sleeping area has two bedrooms tastefully decorated, which feature a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and two nightstands.
A bathroom with a spacious shower and a toilet complete the apartment.
The free wi-fi and the air conditioning in the bedrooms are at guests’ disposal.
The jewel of the villa is the great outdoor space, ideal to enjoy moments of relaxation. From the kitchen, it is possible to access the covered patio which comes with a large dining table where guests can taste delicious meals cooked with the wood-fired oven or the barbecue outside.
The private pool is surrounded by nature and by a solarium area, which features an outdoor sofa set with a table and four deckchairs where guests can relax.
Guests will benefit from four outdoor parking slots inside the property.
