Trulli with pool

The Melanie's family is very friendly and kind, and we hope to see them again. But this is the first time that we have complaints about the size of the Trullo del Melograno, which is ideal for two or maximum three people, as described on the site. However, the guests have at their disposal a very large garden and terrace, as well as a personal gazebo whit large table and personal barbecue. The kitchen is not directly connected to the bedroom, but has an external entrance, as it's possible to see on the photos. Ci dispiace tanto per i disagi narrati, anche se inaspettati, visto che nulla è stato riferito ai proprietari durante in soggiorno. Vorremmo però ricordare che la lavatrice non è inclusa nei servizi e l'uso è stato concesso solo dietro insistenza degli ospiti. Nonostante questo, ribadiamo che funzionava perfettamente, ma è stata sicuramente una nostra mancanza non mostrare in pratica come accenderla, cosa che abbiamo fatto solo in un secondo momento, accendendola davanti agli ospiti. Le lenzuola sono 100% cotone. Il Wi-Fi funziona, ma, come spiegato all'arrivo degli ospiti, i Trulli hanno pareti molto spesse è questo influisce sulla qualità del segnale. Nonostante ciò ci risulta, dati alla mano, che diversi giga siano stati utilizzati. Il frigorifero, sebbene sia molto capiente, non riusciva a contenere tutta la mole di cibo e bevande che gli ospiti hanno portato con sé, tanto che gli è stato fatto notare subito che la porta stentava a chiudersi. È sinceramente, la prima volta che ci fanno notare che il parco è incolto. Non c'è il prato inglese per scelta di stile ed ecologica, ma sentieri e viali vengono regolarmente puliti.

However, we reiterate that we offer each of our guests a face towel and a bath towel in cotton and microfibre and not a terry towel as required on the day of arrival. Among the accessories in the kitchen there are two moka coffee makers but not the kettle as described on the site. Sheets, plates and glasses are in normal condition, they are regularly replaced in case of wear and certainly they are not old. Furthermore, the marble table, the stone tables and the chairs are outside under the pine forest and therefore at the end of the holiday they can be dusty, never dirty. The house is delivered only after a thorough cleaning and it is for this reason that it was possible to receive customers only at 3.00 pm (check in is at 4.00 pm) and not at 11.00 am as insistently requested.

we regret that the guests only had days of heavy rains. not having the guests requested heating (not included in the cost) we provided free of charge stoves and thermal blankets, although heating is recommended when the outdoor temperature does not exceed 13 degrees. the kitchen is equipped for 11 people, but we do not supply disposable pans
