Das Hotel liegt in der bewachten Wohngegend von Seabluff und bietet 2 Pools, ein Spa, neue Tennisplätze und Zugang zum Strand.

Das Haus verfügt über alle Strandutensilien, die Sie zum Entspannen und Genießen benötigen! Baby- / Kinderausstattung auf Anfrage erhältlich. Das Haus ist für die Unterhaltung eingerichtet, genießen Sie den Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse oder einen Grillabend am Abend und einen Cocktail in der Feuerstelle. Das große, große Zimmer und die Küche eignen sich ideal zum Entspannen in Gesellschaft, aber das Haus ist groß genug, um sich auszubreiten. Genießen Sie die ruhige Terrasse vor dem Master für Privatsphäre oder die Veranda für ungehinderte Ausblicke. Die zwei Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss (Haupt- und Gästezimmer) sind groß, das 3. Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss ist sehr klein, verfügt jedoch über ein Queensize-Bett und ein Zimmer mit Meerblick.

Leucadia ist das Beste aus luxuriösem Leben am Meer, gemischt mit funky Strandatmosphäre. Die Morgen sind so friedlich und ruhig mit gelegentlichem Paddleboarder oder Frühaufsteher. Die Beach Bluffs vor dem Hotel sind absolut umwerfend und perfekt für ein Strandvergnügen in der Sonne oder bei Sonnenuntergang mit dem Glitzern des Ozeans. Das Anwesen befindet sich nur wenige Gehminuten / Strandkreuzer Entfernung zu Weinbars, Restaurants und Live-Musik. Sie können auch eine kurze Fahrt in die Innenstadt von Encinitas wagen, um noch mehr Action zu genießen. Der Coaster Train ist auch ein großer lokaler Favorit für echte Abenteurer, die die Stadt für eine Nacht im Gaslamp District in Downtown San Diego erleben möchten. Es gibt keinen Mangel an Unterhaltung und Spielen im Freien, aber für diejenigen, die nur etwas R & R suchen, kann man wirklich keinen besseren Küstenentspannungsstil als hier im schönen Leucadia erleben.

Loved our stay!

My family and I loved our stay here! Beautiful ocean views and sounds enjoyable from the deck and living room. Clean, comfy bedrooms and bathrooms in a nice, safe area. The house was well stocked, beautiful, and bright. A short walk to the beach or a nice pool. The area has many restaurants and things to do! Loved it! Michelle was a fantastic host and communicated very well for easy check in and out. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

Great stay

House was as described- beautiful and clean. Nice and open without a lot of clutter. Neighborhood is very clean and quiet. The tennis courts and pool are a great addition. The guards in the guard shack are incredibly friendly. House was pretty well stocked, could use an update on a few items but overall lots to choose from. The beach is rocky- just fyi for families wanting to “set up shop” probably not the best place but good beaches aren’t far (Carlsbad). Loved all the gear in the garage including a stroller! Owners have thought of everything. Great stay we hope to return again soon.

Perfect family reunion

Our family spent Thanksgiving week at Michelle’s beautiful place. There was ample room for 5 adults and a 9 month old, and we hosted dinner for 7 very comfortably. Michelle had a pack and play set up for us, a high chair in the garage, and there were even baby spoons and bowls. The ocean view provided breathtaking sunsets each night. Everyone in our group was delighted with the accommodations, and we couldn’t have chosen a better place to make lasting family memories.

Perfect beach getaway

My family stayed at this property for a week and enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house was extremely clean and amazingly well stocked with everything we could ever need. We were blown away by the amount of beach/pool gear, bikes, & toys for the kids. You literally do not need to bring anything with you as they have all kitchen and bath amenities available as well. The convenient location to the beach and pool allowed us to easily spend the day nearby without ever having to leave the property! The host communicated everything very well and was always available if needed. We would love to stay again next time we visit!

Best Birthday Trip!

I stayed at this beautiful property for my birthday. It was incredible! You can hear and see the ocean from the living room. The place is beautiful with everything you need inside it! The deck is great. Minutes away from great restaurants and Moonlight Beach! The manager was amazing and so helpful!

Amazing Leucadia Beach Home!

We had the most incredible week at this Leucadia Beach home! Everything was perfect - Michelle’s communication was fantastic and she even welcomed us with a bottle of wine. She made recommendations for our stay and made us feel at home. The home is beautiful and we enjoyed mornings and evenings on the balcony overlooking the water. The kids saw dolphins and roasted marshmallows at night. Perfect! The community is awesome and we loved the private beach access. Sometimes we walked down to Ponto and at times just stayed by the house. We also made the short drive to Moonlight a couple times and explored downtown Encinitas. Location is perfect! We visit CA every October (SD, OC, LA, etc) and everyone agreed this was our favorite trip. We cannot wait to stay at this house again in the future!

Amazing property and location

This property is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was immaculate and had everything we needed for a family of 4. The owners have thoughtfully added items for guests to use, including bikes, beach chairs and board games. The location could not be more perfect, with an ocean view and quick walk to stairs down to the sand. We especially enjoyed the large deck, including fire pit, eating and lounging space. We would difinitely book again.

Incredible property!

This townhome checked all of our vacation boxes - spacious and comfortable, ocean view, close to beach...you name it! Pictures don't do it justice - even better in person. Michelle was great to work with - excellent communication before and during our stay. We will be back!

Beautiful location!

This beach condo was perfect for our family vacation! The complex has private beach access stairs, the beach is beautiful with great waves for surfing, and the condo is stocked with everything you’d need for a great day at the beach (chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, boogie boards, etc). It was clean and comfortable with plenty of room for our family. There is also a beautiful view of the beach right from the patio. We recommend this condo to anyone! In fact, we have already booked again for next year!

Wonderful time in Seabluffe

What a lovely place to stay. The house is perfect - it has everything needed for for a very comfortable vacation. The kitchen is well equipped, the house is spotlessly clean, bedrooms, bathrooms and seating areas, inside and out, are spacious and very well presented and the view of the ocean is sublime. The heated swimming pool is only a few steps away, as are the stairs to the beach. Best of all, Michelle is a most gracious host, always available to help but never intrusive. We are already planning to stay there again next year.

Great Location with an amazing view

We followed our son back to college and came for a week to get away from the cold snowy winter at our home. The house was clean and spacious. The area was quiet with friendly neighborhood residents. There were five of us including our three young adult sons. They made good use of the basketball court. My husband and I used the beach cruisers to check out the area. We used the heated pool and hot tub and had it to ourselves as it seems the local residents are not fans of this amenity in January. The hot tub was great after spending a day at Joshua Tree NP. We also took a whale watching trip out of SD Bay and saw whales and dolphins. We did see dolphins every day from the view off the deck and the last day we saw whales pass by. What a treat!! We did a little cooking and the kitchen was stocked for our needs. There are lots of good coffee shops, restaurants and shopping close to the condo as well. Being we were there for a week we did run out of toilet paper in all of the bathrooms but good shopping was nearby and we didn’t mind restocking the bathrooms. My son who was returning to college needed to make a Target run to restock his dorm room and go to an Apple store and we found an amazing mall very close to fill his needs. I hate to give good reviews as I know it may be difficult to book the next time we are in the area, but this is a place we would return to and other than people looking for a place to go get wild and party I think most people looking to rent would be just as happy as we were here.
