Number 11 Monte Dourado is one of 12 apartments sharing a lovely communal pool, situated just a 5-minute walk to Estrada Da Farol where you will find a great selection of cafe´s, bars and restaurants and just a 10-minute walk to Praia Do Carvoeiro, which is the nearest beach.

This apartment is beautifully decorated through, recently renovated it boasts a modern, well-equipped kitchen and two spacious bathrooms. The apartment is decorated and furnished to a high standard throughout and offers a real home from home feel so guests can complete relax during their holiday.

On entrance to the apartment, you will see a bright hallway leading to a spacious and comfortable lounge and dining area with a table and chairs for 4, one comfortable sofa, two chairs and a wood burning stove - ideal for winter lets. There is a large TV with a great selection of channels and a DVD player available.

There are two bedrooms, the double bedroom has a Super King bed (180x200), fitted wardrobes, and looks out onto the terrace. There is a newly renovated bathroom next door to the double bedroom with a bath and shower. The second bedroom has 2 single beds (90 x 200) and can accommodate a travel cot if required. There is an additional newly renovated bathroom with shower and toilet.
Both bedrooms are bright and spacious and have air conditioning available.

The lounge opens on to the terrace with table and chairs for 4 and 2 lounger chairs, the terrace is one of the more spacious outdoor areas in this block of apartments and offers a great space to relax throughout the day and evening.

The Kitchen is well equipped, we have tried to think of everything to ensure our guests can easily prepare and serve meals for their self-catering holiday.

The pool is a lovely area with loungers and parasols provided, there is a separate children's pool.

We have always liked Monte Dourado, it is ideally located for the centre of Carvoeiro and there is no need for a car unless you wish to go exploring. The pool / terrace is a great area for adults and children and for the winter lets there is an additional heated pool on the complex which is heated from November - March. There are also tennis courts available for a small fee.
