Apartment consists of a double bedroom that allows the addition of a 3 bed, a large living room (which is accessed from the outdoor porch) with kitchenette and sofa bed for 2 people, a comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower.

Important notes:
- minimum age for check-in 21 years
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out before 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a surcharge of ⏠50,00 must be paid
- small pets allowed, with a cleaning fee of ⏠30
- deposit (mandatory): 150,00 euro; refunded at the end of stay after viewing the condition of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be refunded before 15.00)
