Great property, very comfortable, very close to local supermarket. Around 12 minute walk to the old town where there are so many restaurants. Short walk to tram lines which give you easy access to Rome. Great to have a lift in the building. As others have mentioned the hotel which backs on to the property sometimes has a very early morning laundry truck pick up, so maybe take some good earplugs with you. ( I would stay here again despite this)Laura provided great details on getting in to the apartment & other useful information. She was very quick to get back to any questions

Laura was an excellent host. She was attentive and very helpful. I couldn’t ask for a better host. The place was clean and had things I needed. Grocery store was about 3 mins away. Convenient to buses and trams. I highly recommend the stay.

It is not difficult to find this apartment. This apartment is good for our family of 4 people. It is located in a quiet neighborhood. It is a nice and clean apartment. Having the kitchen, air conditioner and washer helped us a lot. It takes about 10 minutes walk to the main bus stop, which we mainly used to commute to those attractions in Rome. We basically took a bus to that attraction place and then walked around and tried to take another bus to another place if it was too far to walk. We also took the bus the Termini (train) station. The host (Laura) answered our questions quickly and provided useful information to help our travelling plan go smoothly. Overall, we had a good time staying there.

Great and safe place to stay while exploring and enjoying Rome.

We stayed in Rome for about 3 days and although we didn’t spend much time in our room, it was amazing! Our host is great and was always in easy reach to contact and provided lots of tip and tricks to the area. The room was amazing with the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Would stay here again!

I really loved the place, the host gave us a binder with great restaurant recommendations. I loved the area of the place away from the city but great food near by!!! The bed was really comfy and the washer was a plus.

Second year in a row booking the same apartment with Laura. Super easy to locate, check-in process is easy. Room is perfectly clean and has all the essentials. Very easy to communicate with Laura. Very centralized location in Trastevere, walking distance to everything.

Great location in Trastevere. Laura was a great host, incredibly quick with communication and even let us know about train strikes which may impact our journey there. Lovely clean apartment, spacious for two.

Very neat place with a lift and a doorman. Local train from FCO with 3 tram stops.very fast. Walkable to main attractions and many nice restaurants in 10 min walk. Very comfortable sofa bed. Well communications with owner , easy check in. Kichen equipped well and grocery shopping is in 100 meters. I will stay again if I visit Rome again.

This apartment is in a brilliant location. Easily able to walk to the main attractions in Rome. The apartment was clean, equipped with everything we needed for our stay. Laura our host was great, very informative and kept us right at all times. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Great stay

The apartment was extremely clean, comfy and very well equipped. The neighborhood was very walkable to great restaurants and gelato and a quick taxi ride into the city. Laura the owner made this experience so enjoyable. She was in constant communication with us and Even ordered taxis for us into the city and to the airport. We would definitely stay here again!
