Die Wohnung befindet sich im Zentrum von Rom und ist nur 100 Meter von der Basilika St. Peter und nur wenige Meter von der Wohnung von Papst Franziskus (die "Heilige Martha-Haus"). Die Wohnung 80 m2, zwei große Schlafzimmer, Schlafgelegenheiten für 5, Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Bad, Balkon, Aufzug, Bettwäsche, Handtücher, Internet, Free Wi-Fi, Blick auf die Kuppel von St. Peter aus dem Fenster, TV Satelliten, Daikin Klimaanlage, Heizung, Waschmaschine, Fön, Babybett (Krippe) und Hochstuhl des Kindes. Die Wohnung befindet sich im 4 Stock und ist mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet. This place is perfectly located for getting around to the Vatican, as well as Rome's museums and monuments. It is accessible, clean, and situated in an excellent area. Emidio was attentive from the very start, and the place is much better than the photos suggest. It is spotless, with a design that creates a peaceful, tranquil atmosphere. Comfortable beds, a clean bathroom, and super-fast internet. I would recommend this place without hesitation, especially if you are traveling with family; I stayed there with my wife and two children, aged 9 and 11. I also recommend a pizzeria just a few meters away called Alberto's Pizza. Emidio's apartment has everything needed for a trip to Rome and is perfectly positioned for visiting the city's most iconic landmarks. I highly recommend it.

Very clean apartment, well equipped and an ideal location.

A party of three stayed for a week. The apartment itself was excellent with bright, clean, airy rooms and plenty of space. There was an excellent local bakery and supermarket with everything you could need.

Emilio’s home was as described. You could see St Peter’s Basilica out the window. Comfortable for 4 to 5 people. Emidio was very communicative. The only thing I would suggest is another way for the check in process. If our daughter wasn’t studying abroad we would have been stuck for the first night without checking in as Emidio has to be present and our flight got cancelled and came in late. Otherwise the location was perfect to the Vatican and comfortable and well priced for the area and time of season.

We had a great time in this apartment. The owner was very helpful and made sure that we had a very enjoyable stay. When we arrived he helped settle us in and kindly explained the features of the apartment, so we felt very comfortable there from the first day. I really like this apartment because it has a balcony, window in the kitchen overlooking the dome of Vatican, washing machine function well, the cutleries is sufficient and clean so we also clean them every time we use it. There’s a lift for our luggages and my 80 year old mother.

Nice place to stayed

We had a great stay here. The location of the apartment is excellent. We found a free parking in the same street for the duration of our stay. A supermarket is within walking distance so we were able to purchase everything necessary for breakfast and light meals in the evening. The kitchen is well-equipped, the apartment is perfect. We will choose Emido's place again when we return to Rome. Thank you for hosting us.

Great apartment, very clean and welcoming.

Emidio is an excellent host. He organised drivers to and from the airport - both journeys went smoothly. He showed us round the area on our arrival - where to find the shops, restaurants and the bus stop. Easy to get into the city to see the sights, and very handy for the Vatican. Would definitely recommend the apartment.

Wonderful apartment steps from the Vatican!

Our experience was outstanding! The owner, Mr. Minder met us when we arrived and showed us around the beautiful, very clean and large apartment. He took the time to show us where to eat and to shop and was kind enough to coordinate our transportation to the airport was well. The location is great, the apartment is comfortable and very accommodating. I definitely recommend it!

Excellent facilities great location all you could want.

Emilio was fantastic. He gave us lots of helpful information especially transport into Rome. The apartment is excellent and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend a stay here. We were near shops bus San Pedro Train Station restaurants and 15 minutes by bus into Rome city. Lots of buses daily and cheap to travel around. Our stay beside the Vatican made it easily accessible. Thank you for a great visit and your hospitality. Michelle and Paul & family.

Excellent apartment close to Vatican and all needed amenities. Easy access to all key sights

Everything we need was in the apartment. Well stocked supermarket close by with plenty of vegetarian options. Good restaurants close at hand. Straight into the Vatican area. Regular bus and train service. One stop on train to join metro if needed. 1.5 Euro per journey with single ticket that crosses all modes of transport within the same fee. Very helpful and accessible host if need assistance. Great place to stay.

Rome Stay

Very well appointed apartment 5 minutes walk from St Peter's. The owner Emidio greeted us on arrival and kindly gave us a quick tour of the area, where to find the supermarkets and local restaurants. The apartment was lovely, spotless and very well equipped. Ideal base to explore Rome and I would recommend this apartment to anyone wanting to explore Rome and stay in a nice quiet location away from the hustle and bustle. Emidio also arranged our taxi there and on our return, and is on hand if you need any advice. We had a lovely stay and would definitely book it again, Thank you Emidio

An excellent apartment. A really helpful owner.

This is a well located apartment, 10 minutes walk from St Peter's Square the dome of which you can see from all the rooms. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed. Everything you need is conveniently nearby: a supermarket, restaurants and cafes, the train station, etc. and Emidio shows you where these are when you arrive. It is a safe area of Rome but this apartment is particularly secure. Internet is available and the TV has access to international channels including BBC World. The bedrooms are both comfortable and spacious. We recommend this apartment highly. Emidio will go out of his way to make your stay a comfortable and happy one.

Exceptional Apartment for 5!

We loved everything about this apartment! It was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very close to St. Peter's Basilica so it was perfect the three days that we had events going on in this area (Mass at St. Peter's Basilica, Scavi Tour, Sistine Chapel Museum and Audience with the Pope). The Roma Christiana Bus Tour office was close and we started our sightseeing of the city of Rome from here. The city bus stops were close as well. The Pontifical North American College is about a 10 minute walk which was important for us. Emidio is very nice and helpful. He scheduled our ride from the airport and back which was perfect. The apartment was in a great location--you can see St. Peter's Dome from the window! Our family of 5 (all adults) got along great--it was just the right amount of space.
