Great Location

This apartment was central to all of the Rome attractions, some within walking distance & close to public transit for others.Although lovely, we found it very dark as it didn't have any natural light coming into the apartment. The ceiling is brick giving it kind of a dungeon feel. The shower head is broken & just kind of dangles on the hose, must be hand-held.The kitchen has bare minimum supplies so if you plan to cook, you'll need to bring extras. The sponge in the sink is dirty there were no napkins, paper towel, kleenex, I think there was 1 role of toilet paper. No wine glasses which seemed odd to us.There is a sign on the wall telling you no talking is permitted after 11pm because they don't want you disturbing the locals who live in the building. Not suitable for a family or for young groups wanting to have a few laughs in the evening.

Roma Fantastico!!

Thie was our 1st ever VRBO outside of the U.S. so needless to say I was nervous. Upon arrival everything was as it should and looked exactly as pictured and stated in booking details. The space was absolutely perfect no issues at check in or checkout and oh my the space is better than the pictures very spacious with plenty of sleeping space for mutliple guest. Only small negative would be bed mattresses could be improved, but nevertheless a great stay and beautiful apartment.

Right in the heart of City Center

This was an amazing first stop on our Italy trip. The alley/street the house is on was quiet but so close to restaurants and shops, it was perfect! We traveled with our 14 and 11 year old kids and there was plenty of room and comforts. The AC blew cold, the freezer was big enough to freeze our water bottles. We had an amazing stay and we’ll be back for sure!

Our stay in Rome

We did stars for every question except for the cleanliness. The only thing that could have made it a 5 star, is if the floors were cleaner. Otherwise, it was great. The host was super helpful with our requests and replied very quickly to our emails. We would certainly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the heart of Rome. The only tiny issue were the mosquitoes at night at the property. It was a lovely place and close to everything a tourist would want to see. Thank you Elina.

Perfect location to walk everywhere we wanted to see. We thought there would be a dryer based on the listing, but there was only a washer. Other than that, we had everything we needed in a beautiful historical building.

Great location

Great location for a Rome visit. Nice neighborhood with good restaurants near by. Kitchen is sparsely arranged so one would not cook there. Bed was comfortable and owner made sure we knew how to turn on the hot water and heat. We enjoyed our stay!

We were supposed to be 4 friends and finally left with 2. There is only one real bedroom. The convertible sofa is in the kitchen while it was planned 2 real bedrooms. The kitchen utensils are worn and very damaged. The dishes need to be changed. Apart from that it is well located

First time to Rome

Convenient to all of the historic sites. A large choice of restaurants, gelato shops and shopping in the neighborhood. The street just outside the door is very noisy at night. Beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful. No fault of the host, the bus we were told to take was not running the day we arrived. It took a lot of walking with luggage to find the place. Would stay there again due to the location.

Perfect location

The apartment is perfectly located in a beautiful neighbourhood near the Piazza Navona, very close to the Ponte S. Angelo (for crossing to the Vatican). It has lovely architecture which keeps it cool even in the peak of summer without the a/c - although there is a/c if you like it colder. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is a washing machine. It was an excellent place to stay for a family of 4. We would highly recommend it.

Great Neighborhood

The location is perfect with lots of nearby food and shopping. The apartment is very clean. The apartment is not very comfortable however. Beds uncomfortable with no seating but kitchen table which is also uncomfortable. The noise from neighbors and outside is loud as if windows open when closed.

All you really need

This apartment is perfectly placed for walking to various places of interest. It is also very close to a supermarket, and there are plenty of restaurants in the vicinity. The kitchen had all the gadgets we required,. The pictures posted by the owner were exactly as the apartment was, the bedroom was a good size and there was plenty of wardrobe space with decent hangers. The bathroom was also a good size. I would certainly book this apartment if I were going to Rome again.

Great apartment in a pefect location

My family recently spent 3 days at this apartment and it was outstanding in every way. We could not imagine a better location. Basically all of Rome is within a walking distance. The apartment is exactly as the pictures suggest, and our family of four was very comfortable. It was well equipped with kitchen utensils and cook wear. We felt very secure. The apartment, beds and bathroom were clean. The owner and his team were very accommodating and helped us with travel arrangements to and from the airport and train stations. We'll come back for sure,i highly recommend this apartment!

Just the right place

The building alone has the intact charm of the old historic houses. And this apartment is just perfect. It is elegant and warm, it makes you feel instantly at home. Besides, it is situated right in the centre of Rome, walking distance to everything you ever dreamt of, and still it is incredibly quiet, protected from roaring traffic and tourists. It's really the perfect place. Its one and only inconvenient, it is that it's so cozy and comfortable that sometimes one would prefer to stay at home rather than go and see the monuments... I'm looking forward to being back.

The location is wonderfull. All important places are at most 30 min walking distance. The photos are a bit miss leading. There are not two bedrooms. There is a room with a small kitchen and a bedroom. One of the beds is a normal double bed with a comfortable matress, the other two are simple extendable beds, not so comfortable. The heater makes too much noise during the night which is in the same as one of the beds. Kitchen equipment is allright. The owner was very helpfull.

Perfect Spot: Middle of Rome - 15 min walk to Vatican/Sites. Great Owner, clean place, good beds.

Amazing property right in the middle of Rome. The owner was very communicative and helpful. When we needed to check in early she provided a locked are for ou luggage. Top Location: 1. 2 min walk to Groceries 2. 2 min walk to buses 3. 12 min bus to Rome Termani 4. 20 min walk to Vatican 5. Next to Italian Restaurants 6. Nice side street entrance Great Accommodations: Washer Fridge Stove 3 Beds A/C in bedroom Big bathroom Lots of plugs Great Communication from Owner: Quick responses when I had questions and was easily able to get into the apartment. I was also happy that it was on the ground floor and easy to access from the street. Thank you for the wonderful stay and I would suggest this property to anyone visiting Rome.

Good location and OK for a few days

The property description is a little misleading. I wonder if the property owner is just somewhat confused as to what VBRO descriptions are??? It says it is a 2 bedroom property, but it is really a 1 bedroom property that has two queen beds in the bedroom and then there is a sofa sleeper in the common space. There is very limited seating in the property. There is no spa as noted in the description. However in another part of the description it does note a shower only. The "dryer" is a foldable clothes rack and not an electric dryer. I assumed it was a washer dryer combo, but I couldn't find a drying setting on the washer. The location was great as it was within walking distance of many sites. For our group it was not a big issue, but if you don't like to walk 15 minutes or more perhaps the location won't meet your needs. Great shopping and restaurants almost right outside the door. We'd probably stay here again. We had a family of 5 which is always a challenge.

Wonderful Location and Apartment

Luigi was quick to respond from the moment I emailed him. He answered all of my questions, and booking was easy. If you happen to arrive by train, then hop on the 64 bus outside of termini. It will leave you two blocks from the apartment if you get off at the Ponte Vittorio Emanuele stop. A man named Edgar waited for us and told us about nearby supermarkets, which was very helpful because we have three small kids. I highly recommend Pam, which is about five minutes away and has everything you'll need. (Turn left outside the apartment then walk to Vittorio Emanuele. Turn left again and walk about three minutes). We rented the ground floor apartment and loved it. There were three double beds, which were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and has a washing machine. The A/C was nice for those hot August nights. The location is perfect: smack in the middle of all the major sites. We walked everywhere even with small kids. The Vatican was about 10 minutes away, Piazza Navona about five minutes, and Piazza Venezia was about 20 minutes. We also walked to the Spanish Steps, Colesseum, Fountain Trevi, and the Pantheon. We loved our stay in Rome! Thank you Luigi and Edgar!
