Overall we enjoyed staying at this property. Our family go to Barcelona every spring and tried a new neighbourhood this year. Location was good for a 15min walk to Sagrada Família and Plaze de Cataluña. Plenty of shops nearby. The apartment was quiet and had most everything we needed.

This apartment was exactly as pictured — and when they say “amazing skyline,” they truly mean it. The direct view of the Sagrada Família was absolutely incredible. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was also perfect, with easy access to many major sights, restaurants, and transportation.We also had a miscommunication on our end prior to the stay, and the hosts were extremely understanding and accommodating, which we really appreciated. Their kindness and responsiveness made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

We specifically chose this place because it said it had air conditioning and were willing to pay a high price for it. Well the a/c was clearly not working and they would not fix it. In addition, there was not one fan in the whole apartment. It was too hot to open windows and the a/c provided no airflow so it was very difficult to sleep at night. Very frustrating after walking around in heat all day, we just wanted to come home to a cool place and sleep comfortably. This place did have nice views and it was nice inside. Just adding a bunch of fans would have made our experience so much better. Also, the communication was extremely delayed. Unless it is cool enough outside to open the windows, then I would not recommend this place.

Wonderful location

Really enjoying our stay in Barcelona. The host company was very responsive, check in/out was easy. The location was incredible a bit away from the busy city center, more residential area. Great restaurants shorts walks to most of all the cultural sites.

The balcony is amazing for a look over the city especially before sunset. The views towards Segrada Familia from two of the bedrooms are wonderful. The congiege Spanish speaking guy is lovely- always greeting us with a smiling “Hola”.We equally ate out and then in after buying food from La Concepcio Market. If there take a ticket from Debon and try out their jamon and more!

Amazing views and central location

From the 17th floor, this property has unforgettable views of Barcelona and Sagrada Familia. The apartment has modern features and, while small, was comfortable for a family of five. The location at Plaza Tetuan is convenient for any destination. The only gripe is that the pool was under construction, which was not disclosed in the Vrbo listing or after we booked.

Hay day gone by. The unit is centrally located and provides easy access to transportation. You get nice views of the Sagrada Família from 2 of the bedroom windows. The host was a management company that manages other properties in Barcelona. They had an agent meet us at the unit to collect final payment and show us the apartment. It was at one point a very nice place but it is quite dated now and looked very different from the pictures. The balcony is very narrow and unless you are standing, you can’t sit down and see the skyline comfortably. The unit was quite dirty when we arrived. We found hair all along the floor, the bathroom, and even in one of the beds. The kitchen was badly equipped with the bare necessities. There was no towel to dry your hands, no oven mitts, hardly any utensils or pots. Just the bare, bare necessities. There were several things broken in the unit (toilet seat, icebox, etc) which was reported. The air conditioning vents in the living area barely let out any air. The bedroom did remain cold but you had to close the door that separated the bedrooms to the living area or they would get warm too. It was exceptionally warm in Barcelona and there were no window covers to block the sun in the living room. We reported the issue about the air and requested fans to help circulate the air. However, the management company was not helpful and didn’t provide a solution. We ended buying our own fan. There’s no dryer, clothes are hung over a stinky alley 9 fl up.

Perfect for families

We visited with our family of 5. The bedrooms were perfect for all of us! The balcony was perfect, especially to see all the fireworks Sant Joan! Awesome

Check in was easy after taking a taxi from the airport. We met Peter and he went over everything at the apartment. It was a nice, clean apartment. The views were awesome and it’s so close to taxis, bus stops, metro and supermercados and Aldi. I would say it’s centrally located to everything including restaurants and walking distance to many sightseeing places. We loved it there. We highly recommend this apartment.
