Trullo Venti is a beautiful trullo with swimming pool, ideal for a holiday in the countryside of the Itria Valley, in Ostuni. Trullo Venti accommodates up to 3 guests and it`s equipped with accessories such as air conditioning, barbecue, internet, washing machine,
electric oven, coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, safe, alarm and
video-surveillance system, mosquito nets, tv. Parking area in the
property. Pets are allowed.

Trullo
Venti is the result of a wise refurbishment that enhanced the typical
Apulian architectural elements which were combined with modern
accessories, making the trullo ideal for a luxury holiday in Puglia.
The
swimming pool is in front of the trullo, surrounded by rocks, near the
solarium with beach beds and umbrella and a gazebo with dining area.
The
trullo consists of a living room with dining area and kitchenette
behind a stone arch; there is one double bedroom with closet in an
alcove and a 120-cm armchair bed. The bathroom with typical skylight on
the shower is accessible form the bedroom.
The trullo is equipped
with accessories such as air conditioning, floor heating system,
mosquito nets and many more accessories which make the holiday relaxing.
The surroundings of Trullo Venti in Ostuni
The
property is in the countryside of Ostuni, in Contrada Lamatroccola, a
few kilometers away form the beautiful old town centres of Martina
Franca, Ostuni, Cisternino and Ceglie Messapica. Trullo Venti is in a
quiet area, surrounded by olive trees and Mediterranean scrub. The
closest beaches are the ones of Ostuni marina.

- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax is not included in the price and will be applied, where applicable, according to the municipal regulations.
- Mandatory towels fee: euro 25 per person per week to pay upon arrival.
- Pool available from May to October.
- In case of non-disposal of waste, a penalty of euro 80 will be retained of the deposit.
- In case the kitchen and cutlery are left uncleaned, a penalty of euro 40 will be retained of the deposit.
- The gardener will take care of maintenance every Friday at 09.00/09.30.
- Winter heating costs for day euro 10.
