Casa de Suenos ist unser kundenspezifische zweites Zuhause, in Pedregal, Cabo exklusiven und gesicherten Umgebung neben der Innenstadt und dem Luxus-Yachthafen-Viertel. Unser Haus wurde nach unseren Vorgaben errichtet und im Februar 2010 abgeschlossen. Es verfügt über 3600 'von Luxus Fliesen, Granit und benutzerdefinierte Innenarchitektur, einschließlich kundenspezifische Möbel und Betten.

Unsere 1.000 Quadratfuß Terrasse bietet einen atemberaubenden Blick auf den Hafen, das Meer und Strand El Médano und verfügt über einen privaten Pool, Spa, Outdoor-Küche mit einem TV und Gas-Feuerstelle.

Das Master-Schlafzimmer ist groß und hat ein Doppelbett, geräumige Master-Bad, Balkon und herrlichem Meerblick und Marina.

Das Hotel liegt auf der gleichen Ebene wie das Hauptschlafzimmer ist ein 2 Doppelbett-Suite. Zwei Gästezimmer (eines mit zwei Doppelbetten und eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eigenem Bad) auf der Poolebene der Casa, zusammen mit dem Wohnzimmer und geräumige Gourmet-Küche.

Das weitläufige Wohn- und Essbereich verfügen über einen verschwindenden voller Breite Glastüranordnung ermöglicht uneingeschränkten Zugang zum Wohnbereich im Freien, mit dem Pool, Spa, Feuerstelle und Grill - alles mit einem spektakulären Blick auf den Yachthafen und das Meer.

Unser Haus ist bequem über die Straße von den Tennisplätzen ($ 10 / Stunde) und Pedregal fantastische Bistro & Sushi Restaurant entfernt.

Weitere nahe gelegene Pedregal Restaurants gehören das Beach Club at Capella Pedregal, Gastronomie Don Manuels, El Farallon (spezialisiert auf Meeresfrüchte) und La Cima, an der Spitze der Pedregal Mountain. Zusätzlich sind die unglaublichen Restaurants der Innenstadt von Cabo San Lucas und der Jachthafen sind nur wenige Minuten von unserem Haus.

Unser Haus verfügt über Sat-TV, eine lokale Telefon und verschlüsselte WLAN. Als Bonus haben wir ein Internet-Telefon-System mit einer USA-Telefonnummer und unbegrenzte eingehende und ausgehende Telefongespräche in die USA installiert haben. Auslandsgespräche (außer USA) kann arrangiert werden, aber sind nicht inbegriffen.

This villa is stunning! Every bedroom has a view. Water views from the pool and hot tub were great. Kitchen and living area are spacious and great for fun times with family and friends. Very close to marina and downtown but not walking distance due to the steep hills in the neighborhood. Property manager (Kristin B) was very knowledgeable but slow to respond. Deny on site was amazing. Will definitely consider this property next time when in Cabo.

Beautiful property and view

We thoroughly enjoyed this villa. It worked well for everyone from the children through the seniors. I would highly recommend requesting the pool be heated and pay for this luxury. It was worth every penny. We had a few minor hiccups, as with any property. They were addressed and taken care of promptly.

Love the house.

This home was well appointed. Everything was as stated on the listing. The views were amazing, the pool and deck area was perfect. We had a lousy captain for fishing, stay away from "Real Busy". We should have had our property manager book the fishing trip instead we walked the marina to book a boat and we basically got hosed. Our property manager booked our ATV tour and it was excellent.

Wow! Impressive!

This house was absolutely perfect for our Christmas vacation. It’s very well equipped with everything that you need. The property manager Kristen was amazing with communication and booking dinner reservations and excursions for us.. Pablo, the Concierge and Gloria(Chef) met us at the house on the first day with a margarita welcome party. Then we had Gloria stay and be our chef for the evening. We were a party of seven and there was so much food left over. The food was beyond delicious and the guacamole was the best I’ve ever had. I highly highly recommend this place, especially for a large family gathering. My only recommendation would be to put the house name (Casa de Sueno’s) somewhere visible on the home. None of the taxi drivers could find us and I had to keep dropping a pin. Which at the end of the day is not a big deal.I would give this gorgeous home 10 stars!

Fabulous family getaway. House was fantastic. Well needed vacation for all.

We had a great time with friends and family at this beautiful home. The outdoor grill/bar was a welcome addition. We actually cooked the fish we caught on our fishing trip. Since we had several gourmet cooks in our group, they found the kitchen very well equipped for their needs. I personally was happy have cocktails by the pool and loved the hot tub at night. The house is in the perfect spot to see the beautiful sunrise every morning. Perfect Position!!! The housing staff was very accommodating and helped us set up excursions and answer any questions about restaurants, etc. We were attending wedding festivities at Esperanza for two days but the car services were always on time and friendly drivers. Hands down, we will be returning to this beautiful home. I highly recommend this beautiful home for your vacation getaway. The Oakley family will see you soon!

Outstanding vacation at Casa De Suenos

Words and photos truly do not do this amazing property justice. Our group had the most fabulous weekend relaxing and utilizing all amenities associated with this house including the property management company, shuttle service, chefs and excursions. Kristen and team made us feel welcomed and safe. The rooms perfectly accommodated all 12 guests. Amazing bathrooms, beds + bedding were pleasantly comfy and plenty of paper goods, towels, etc for both bathroom and pool. We were grateful for AC units in each room too! No full-body mirrors in the bedrooms which wasn’t ideal for a girls trip but the mirrors in the gym were useful :) The large gathering spaces were perfect for dinners and hanging out with our whole group. The views, pool, hot tub and outdoor space really make this property one of a kind. This is where we spent most of our time at the house. We cannot wait to come back and spend another unforgettable time at Case De Suenos!! Thank you!!

We couldn't be happier with our trip and stay in Casa De Suenos. The home was beautiful and very spacious for 4 couples. Pablo was very attentive from day one and answered any text we had throughout the week immediately. Our transportation and driver service was perfect and took the stress out of worring about getting 8 people to and from activities and dinners. The location was ideal located next to pickleball court and cafe. We ate breakfast every morning at the cafe and it was delicious. 10 out of 10 trip!!

Family vacation

The property is located in Pedregal which is considered an affluent area. The entrance to the Waldorf Astoria is located just outside the entrance. We had 7 adults and a 3 year old. The pool was a bit chilly (January,) but the hot tub was wonderful. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes and appliances. If you don't mind the cobblestone road and hills, walking downtown or to the marina is an option. There is an opening in the cul-de-sac to view the sunset. The oceanview and city lights are beautiful day or night. There is an outdoor cafe at the tennis/ pickleball courts with lovely breakfast and lunch items. Federico was our concierge and was attentive for repairs and supplies. We had a wonderful vacation and plenty of room.

Casa de Suenos exceeded expectations!

We had an outstanding stay at Casa de Suenos. Was plenty of room for our family of 5 (all adults). All the bed & bath rooms were spacious, but the central living space, patio and pool area was the highlight. The pictures in the listing really don't do justice to the view! Kristen & the property team were very responsive and incredibly helpful coordinating transportation and grocery delivery (HIGHLY recommend this!). Victor met us at check in to show us around and explain everything. Gloria greeted us with warm quesadillas and tasty margaritas. Overall, Pedregal is a gorgeous neighborhood, though there's definitely a bit of noise in the morning from the adjacent pickle ball courts (which we used as well) and during the day from construction across the valley. Neither affected our enjoyment of the house though. Super easy to call an Uber to go downtown for dinner and enjoy all Cabo has to offer. Thanks for a fantastic stay - we will certainly be looking to come back!

Wonderful Property

Casa de Suenos was absolutely beautiful, clean, spacious, with good amenities and a fantastic deck with pool, hot tub, and a view of the ocean! Kristen and Denny were professional, helpful, and responsive by email. A few things to note: The property manager, Kristen is not able to access messages within the VRBO app, email is better. There are two golden retrievers that live next door and they bark a lot during the day and night- if you have a light sleeper in your party, don’t put them in the bedroom closest to that house. The neighborhood, Pedregal, is gated and difficult for Ubers to get in and to navigate- FYI. We used Felipe (and his team) who was referred to us by Denny, and had a wonderful experience but know it’s $20 USD per ride before 4pm and $5 USD/per person after 4:00pm. This is comparable to Uber and Taxis plus Felipe and his team know Pedregal very well, are recognized by the folks at the gate, the cars are clean and safe, all the drivers are professional, prompt, and communicative. I would highly recommend! If I return to Cabo and decide to stay in Pedregal, I would absolutely stay at Casa de Suenos again- my whole family had a wonderful experience!

Incredible!

This trip was once in a lifetime! My group came for a bachelorette of 10 and it was everything and more that we could have asked for!! Kristen was fantastic at arranging transportation, spa services, grocery delivery, and a chef! Victor was there to greet us to make sure we knew how to work everything in the house which was awesome when navigating certain amenities! Gloria and Antonio made such excellent food with great options 11/10! We booked massages and every individual who received a massage said it was the best massage they have ever had in their life! The house was so clean and spacious for our large group! I would definitely come back and stay at Casa de Suenos, this place was truly perfection!

We are a very close family that loves all sports from surfing, golfing to hockey. We also love hanging out on the beach relaxing in the Cabo sun.

Cabo San Lucas has incredible weather, beaches, restaurants and activities. The golf is amazing and Cabo is conveniently located by direct flight from many cities in the USA. Cabo is on the Mountain time zone, which makes flights convenient and avoids jet-lag. Our home is located in secure, gated, quiet and exclusive Pedregal, just minutes from downtown and the marina.
