The building where this apartment is located is representative, it was a place where an old convent used to be. Today it is a renovated apartment building where we can find a community pool and gym that guests can also enjoy.

On the ground floor we find a large living room with 2 sofas, dining table, flat screen TV, from this room you can directly access the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pots, plates, glasses, pans and kitchen utensils.
On the ground floor we can also find a laundry room, with a separate washer and dryer, a plant and an ironing board.
