The apartment features a wraparound terrace with stunning views of Gran Vía and the Royal Palace, La Almudena, and more. It's so central that you can walk to all the city's attractions.



The building has three elevators and a doorman during the week.

The apartment has three double bedrooms, two with two single beds and the other with a 150 cm bed. All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes, air conditioning, and a TV.

It also has two full bathrooms with showers and hairdryers.

Body wash and shampoo are provided.

The apartment also includes a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, induction cooktop, dishwasher, and all necessary kitchenware. There is also a separate laundry room within the apartment with a washer and dryer.
