It features 3 spacious bedrooms, each with a comfortable double bed, and two comfortable and spacious bathrooms: one with a bathtub and another with a shower.
The extensive living room has a comfortable double sofa bed, two modern and minimalist style armchairs, and a television. The modern kitchen, for its part, has a perfect size for sharing with family, is fully equipped, and features a large window that provides light and freshness.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor with an elevator.

IMPORTANT: This property is exclusively available for seasonal rentals, in accordance with article 3 of the Urban Leases Law (LAU). Stays for tourist purposes are not permitted.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process involves a mandatory online registration for each guest, prior to access to the apartment. Please take into consideration that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 involves a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.
Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and carefully follow the instructions made available to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with call service. On the day of your check-in, you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival to coordinate key delivery.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the Area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Please note that, to access the apartment by private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate (DGT). Otherwise, you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal fine in this regard.
