Lovely spacious 3 bedroom L shape property in the middle of the Bay Filey Holiday Village - featuring open plan living and a bedroom downstairs this is perfect for all the family!

Enter into a spacious hallway, with space for your coats and shoes. Ahead to the right is a large kitchen diner / lounge with all the appliances you'll expect for a self-catering break.

There is an excellent dining space in the kitchen, with extended dining table seating 6 with french doors to the patio, and 2 large comfortable sofas. Across the hall there is a WC and access to a large double bedroom with windows to the front and rear.

Free unlimited fast wifi throughout.

Upstairs, you will find a twin bedroom and a master with double bed, walk-through wardrobe area, and a shower room ensuite. There is also a very spacious family bathroom with bath and shower over.

Meadow View is a large pet friendly house and is ideal for a large family with space for 2 doggies!

Amazing property

Had an amazing week staying in this property. House was lovely and clean, kitchen was well equipped and spotless. The property is in an amazing location, only a 15 minute walk to the beach. Dedicated parking space was very handy to have.

We had a wonderful week at Meadow View. We loved this spacious property. Very comfortable and well equipped. It was very dog friendly, not just dog tolerant with throws on the sofa and dog bowls etc. Loved it and will definitely return. Anchor Bay Holidays, your customer service from start to finish was excellent

Lovely stay at Meadow View

We had a lovely stay at Meadow View (5 adults and 2 dogs). The cottage was in a great location and was well equipped. The Bay is a great place to visit and the access to the beach with the dogs is great. The only feedback would be the beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable and the double bed upstairs creaked every time you moved ! Thank you for a lovely weekend away.

Lovely Easter holiday break

We normally spend our staycations down South so it was great to explore the Yorkshire coast. The house was lovely for the 5 of us and our dog. The kitchen was better equipped than most holiday lets. We had a little trouble with charging the electric car but managed to sort it out. Great location to explore the area and the easy access to the beach was fantastic.

Lovely clean spacious house near facilities (pub, shop, pizzeria and leisure centre), as well as being near beach and on quiet road. Very dog friendly area but note gardens not enclosed. Plenty of dog poo bins and as well as house being immaculate, grounds were too. Only negative is lack of recycling facilities otherwise 5*

Fantastic holiday home

We had a great family holiday in Meadow Cottage. The house is light & airy and well decorated throughout. The kitchen is well equipped - maybe too well as there is little room for food in the cupboards. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We were a little disappointed the house wasn't cleaner, it clearly hadn't been dusted for a while, but it didn't spoil our time there. The site has a great feel to it and the beach is fabulous.

Half Term break at Meadow View

We have just spent 3 nights at Meadow View and would thoroughly recommend it. We've stayed at a few other properties at The Bay and we all agreed that this was the best one. The house is spacious with three good size bedrooms, three bathrooms, and an open plan living space that is really well designed for family living. The kitchen was superbly equipped with pretty much everything you could need, lounge area had plenty of space and a great size smart TV. Hard to explain why but we felt at home and comfortable as soon as we arrived. EV charger on the private drive of the house was also really useful, very easy to organise with the host, simple to use, sensibly priced at £6 per day, and just removed any slight anxiety about finding somewhere to charge the car. Check in and out was really easy and the hosts communication was excellent - we felt very well informed and looked after before during and after our stay.

A shlong weekend away, just the ticket

We were kept fully up to date with any information we needed and found the process quite seamless. The house was equipped very well. We opted for the ev charger which was situated in a very convenient place on the private drive and we were easily able to make use of it. The leisure centre pool was within walking distance and we visited twice per day during our stay, pleasant, helpful staff in attendance. We did visit the restaurant and were very happy with our choices. All in all would be very happy to make a future visit there.

Filey holiday

Had a lovely stay at Meadow View. Property is beginning to look tired, especially en suite with mould around the bottom and drain. Useful to have washer/dryer, although couldnt believe it was a 2 hr drying cycle, especially in this day and age. Asked Anthony if we could have an airer, which he very kindly did. Really appreciated it. Kitchen was very well equipped for the stay, having everything we wanted. Anthony was extremely helpful.
