Thank you for your review. We do have to say this is most unfair and inaccurate and doesnt reflect the experience you had. Firstly we provide on our website at the point of booking a detailed overview of the beach and leisure facilities which describes the location of the properties to the leisure facilities. All the houses in the village are close to the pool (which is purpose built for the village) and there are four traffic free beach accesses from the village. At no point did we say you are close to the beach / pool - this is your mis-understanding. Secondly three weeks, one week and the day before you received 2 pdfs which show the beach access points and the pool location - both of which clearly show your accommodation and the access points. You cannot say that you wondered where the pool / beach were as these are local to the accommodation and you as a guest in the village have access to both. The property was cleaned thoroughly before your stay and you can see from previous reviews of this property it always gets 5* for cleanliness. The period you stayed there was a problem on the East coast with flies and we apologised to you that you had to vacuum up a few on arrival. You didn't ask us about the sink until after you had left and we would have sent a plumber to rectify this which was not blocked upon your arrival. We are glad you liked the sofa and beds.
