Perfect location to visit sites!

Quaint, rustic apartment walking distance to all city sites. Francesco helped us getting situated and was available to contact throughout our stay.

Amazing stay in an amazing location!

It was fantastic to be able to stay right by one of my favorite locations in Rome, Campo de Fiori. Many restaurants around and the location was around 20 mins walking distance of all the big attractions. Roberta was an excellent host to meet us and check in on us. It was very cool to stay in this historic building, it is worth being respectful to the place “!

Great location in the heart of Rome. We were able to walk to the Colosseum, Forum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish Stairs, Vatican and more. Great restaurants and coffee shops are right out your door. The apartment is spacious. Two of the sleeping areas are lofts. The clothes washer was broken and one of the shower doors leaked, but those were minor issues.

Wonderful apartment in the heart of Roma

The most perfect location for a visit to Rome! The view of the courtyard was priceless. Listening to the the music of The Doors coming from another apartment as the sun set on our last night in the city was enchanting. Francesco was very helpful in every way. We would love to come back!

Took a great stay and made it downright amazing

From arrival when we were met by the host who helped us in, and with a transportation issue, I already knew we had made the right choice for our stay. Our hosts were kind, extremely helpful, provided amazing local recommendations, and as the title says, took a great stay and made it downright amazing. Due to both a great location, and the hosts I would definitely recommend to others and stay again were we to return. The property itself was very interesting, and comfortably fit all of us without feeling like we were right on top of each other even if technically we were. Thank y’all for an amazing stay

Perfect Location

We loved staying in Campo Fiore—so many cafes and shops + the market. The apt was charming and spacious and the hosts were responsive and helpful for the most part. The a/c wasn’t adequate for the whole place—typical for an older unit. If you use the couch as a bed, there is no comfortable seating in the common area. A question about the unusable washing machine went unanswered. But overall, a good experience. Recommended!

Nice apartment

This apartment is super cute. The location is great! I would definitely recommend this apartment but you need to be forewarned. The listing leaves out that it’s a 4 story climb up steps so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. Also, it says it’s air conditioned. The units barely pumped out any air and the 3rd room has a stand alone unit that you have to vent out the window and it’s not really cold air. The kitchen is not really fitted for much cooking. I didn’t receive check in info and had to have Vrbo contact the host an hour before we arrived. Overall it’s a great place in a great location but needs a little help. I would suggest staying when the weather is cool.

Great location

It’s very nice location and nice place. We stayed 5 people including kids. Basic supplies are there, but don’t count on doing extensive cooking and who would if you are in Rome! Managment very nice , helpful and responsive. One thing, when you rent tell them you are NOT going to dispose the garbage. It’s a ridiculous request, since you are paying for cleaning. Garbage disposal location is far, and as I said it’s ridiculous to request from tourist who don’t know area to cary the garbage so far. Overall we enjoyed the stay, and would rent again, but would NOT take garbage out.😀 Thank you for letting us use your place

Week-end Ă  Rome entre amis

Nous sommes 8 amis et nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ© notre week-end Ă  Rome! TrĂšs belle ville, logement trĂšs bien situĂ© pour les visites Ă  pied et sur une place trĂšs sympa avec restos/bar. Le logement Ă©tait sympa , propre, assez d’espace, bonne literie, bien Ă©quipĂ© . Les points nĂ©gatifs: les wc dans les salles de bain, le joint de la porte de douche pas Ă©tanche ( fuite d’eau) , une fenĂȘtre qui ne fermait pas bien ( heureusement il faisait pas froid ) 
 on aurait apprĂ©ciĂ© aussi 2 jeu de clĂ©s ( on Ă©tait 8 ) sinon malgrĂ© ces petits points je le recommande ! Merci au propriĂ©taire pour ces conseils de restaurant, au top!

Excellent location, apartment needs some attention

The location of the apartment is fantastic, just steps from Campo de Fiori with its many restaurants, bars, shops, gelaterie. The apartment itself is very spacious, we were 7 people and there was plenty of room for all of us. It has a typically Roman vibe, rustic and charming, with some artsy and eclectic touches. There were some definite disappointments though: it was not listed in the description that it was a four floor walk up, my older parents were with us and they had a hard time going up, especially with their luggage. The second bathroom was not clean. The sink snd tub were dirty and the tub does not drain. The kitchen was not very clean either, a lot of dust, it could use a good scrub down. The air conditioning only worked in the kitchen area and the loft right above it. The unit near the other loft did not work at all, and the free standing unit in the master bedroom was not vented so it only blew out a slight stream of air, sometimes a little cool, mostly warm. Roberta, the owners wife, was very easy to reach and very professional. There was a taxi strike when we arrived into Rome and she went out of her way to help us find private transportation to the apartment and also to the airport on the day we left. Overall, it was a good value for that location, but the apartment definitely needs some attention to detail and better cleaning.

Good location

Family of six stayed here for 3 nights. Location was great. Beds were comfortable. The AC in the main area where there is a wood loft was inadequate. It didn’t cool that area very well and the loft was hot. That area could use some fans. We attempted to use the washing machine but it wasn’t working. When I contacted the host, he walked me thru it but then it tripped the main breaker. He said we couldn’t run the washer with the AC units on. We ended up hand washing as the AC needed to be on all day in order to keep the unit somewhat cool. The bedroom AC vents thru an open window so not very efficient and mosquitoes were getting in. Overall, good location but could use some attention with the appliances.

CENTRICO PERO INCOMODO

Apartamento muy cĂ©ntrico y muy buena comunicaciĂłn con los dueños. Es un apartamento un poco incomodo. 2Âș piso sin ascensor (pero es como un 3Âș) 2 camas colgantes, una de ellas encima de cocina-comedor. Un sofĂĄ cama en la cocina-comedor. Imaginaros a los que tenĂ­amos que dormir ahĂ­... El sofĂĄ es cĂłmodo para dormir, pero incomodo para sentarse. Problema..que hasta que no se acuesta el Ășltimo, no puedes acostarte tĂș. Y si tĂș quieres ver la tele, el de la cama de encima no duerme. DespuĂ©s de un largo dĂ­a visitando roma, 8 personas no tienen sofĂĄ o sillĂłn donde sentarse para charlar. Solo se sentaban 3 y el resto en sillas. Las sillas, super pequeñitas e incĂłmodas. La tele no funcionaba, pero les dijimos que necesitĂĄbamos 1 y nos la trajeron al dĂ­a siguiente. La verdad es que si no la hubiĂ©ramos solicitado, no la hubieran traĂ­do. Simplemente nos dijeron que no funcionaba. El mando del A/C no tenĂ­a pilas y las pedimos y nos las trajeron. La HabitaciĂłn de la entrada tenĂ­a el aparato del A/C puesto, pero no instalado y la 1ÂȘ noche hizo un calor insoportable, hasta que descubrimos que habĂ­a que sacar el tubo por la ventana. Ya podĂ­an haberlo dejado asĂ­, pero en vez de eso nos dijeron que vendrĂ­an al dĂ­a siguiente a ponerlo. El calentador estaba apagado y tambiĂ©n tuvimos que descubrir donde estaba y enchufarlo (estaba arriba, en una de las camas ). No era fĂĄcil encontrar los trapos de cocina (que al final no los encontramos), ni depende que utensilios (cucharĂłn, tijeras de cocina...). HabĂ­a que buscar en el fregadero, en los cajones, en un armario de la entrada,... No habĂ­a bolsas de basura de repuesto y solo 1 rollo de papel higiĂ©nico (del pequeño) para cada 2 personas, para 4 dĂ­as. Ha sido buena experiencia, apartamento correcto pero incomodo. Los dueños accesibles en todo momentoy amables.
