Nice space close to the Termini station

Great Location. Easy to get to key landmarks. Nice clean space, everyone had their own room and bathroom which is nice.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The apartment is huge and clean and the air conditioning units were strong which was a bonus considering we were there at the end of July. If we had any questions, communication was immediate through WhatsApp. It’s a 5 min walk to the metro train station which takes you directly to the Vatican and the Colosseum is only 20 mins walking. I would highly recommend this place because it’s extremely affordable for the size and it’s conveniently located to grocery stores, cafes and public transit. I saw other reviews that said the location was in a bad neighborhood and they didn’t feel safe. Rome is like any other big city and yes there was graffiti everywhere but at no point did we ever feel unsafe.

We were very happy with our stay here. The apartment was very comfortable. The AC worked wonderfully during the 100 degree days while we were in Rome. The are good restaurants within short walking distance and it's only a 15-20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The apartment is also very close to Roma Termini (less than a 10 minute walk) which was helpful for us as we travelled to and from Rome through that train station. There is also a bus stop practically right in front of the apartment building too! The host was always very responsive and timely with any communications. The only critique we had is that there is a lot of graffiti and public poverty in area where the apartment is at. The apartment itself is in a secure building and it's very nice. In all honesty, we imagined that once upon a time, it was a very nice neighborhood. We didn't experience any problems as we came and went from the apartment but the local conditions stand out.

Super fun-great location

The apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the pictures, Pier was very helpful in arranging all of our transportation, great communicator and fast responses to all my many questions. Only negative was that one of the bathrooms was missing the toilet seat. I would definitely stay here again!

Lovely interior, perfect for the 4 of us however we were concerned with safety as the was so much graffiti written outside the building and homeless a few streets away. Place was clean, hos was helpful, ac worked and kitchen was workable. We have May forgotten a few electric devices and a hate from Roma thank you

Great apartment for family stay

The apartment itself is spacious and great for staying with family or friends. It has everything you need. The only unfortunate thing about the property is at no fault of the apartment itself, it is just located in a bit of a dirty neighborhood. It is in easy walking distance to public transport, some good restaurants, grocery shops, and even the Colosseum which is great.

Excellent Location

It was just as described. The neighborhood/street looks a little sketchy but we felt perfectly safe there walking around. Plenty of hot water, air conditioning, comfortable beds (for any Americans the 2 "double" beds are closer to a king in America so those are very nice). Lovely cafe just to the left of the entrance where we bought morning coffees and pastries. Close to the Termini station so super easy to catch the Leonardo Express from the airport and walk to the apartment. Excellent communication and super easy check-in and check-out. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. It was in walking distance to the Roma Termini. We had breakfast in everyday as there was a market nearby. We were able to experience an apartment building with such character. From the entrance door to the elevator to the gorgeous windows overlooking the street. We walked all over Rome and were able to see so many things from Ancient Rome. We even found a park nearby. So glad they shared this with us.

Great property and comfortable accommodated 8 adults. Includes an elevator which was helpful for an elderly family member. Manager was helpful with reasonable priced airport and cruise port transportation.Close to lots of transportation options to get you around the city center. Lots of options for eating and the manager provided great recommendations in his orientation.You will be in the center of a European city and should look past the exterior. Felt safe day and night.

Seeing Roma!

The apartment itself is HUGE! It is also clean and well appointed. It is a short walk to the main Trimini train station. That said, and really the only negative, is that the area is dirty and not very nice. If you could move the apartment to another location in Rome, it would be perfection...but as it is, I wouldn't stay there again.
