Combining 19th-century French elegance with spacious contemporary comfort, this unique property is perfectly suited for large families or groups seeking tranquility, space and nature in Occitanie.
The house offers generous reception rooms with high ceilings and large windows opening onto the gardens. Multiple living areas, a formal dining room and a large kitchen create ideal conditions for shared moments. Spread over three levels, the property provides numerous bedrooms, shared bathrooms and leisure spaces, including a game room.
Outside, the expansive park invites relaxation, outdoor dining and long walks. The private saltwater swimming pool (12 x 4.5 m) enjoys full sun and is secured with a shutter; pool heating is available on request. The setting offers rare privacy while remaining close to Toulouse and major cultural destinations such as Albi, Carcassonne and the Lauragais region.
