The living areas in the property include an open-plan living space with a kitchen containing an electric oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, washer/dryer and dishwasher, a dining area with seating for six people, and a sitting area with TV with Freeview, Sony music system with built-in iPod dock, DAB radio and CD player, and a Nintendo Wii with a selection of games. The bedrooms include a king-size with 32" Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, and a twin with TV with Freeview and DVD player, along with a bathroom. A cot and highchair are provided, however guests are asked to provide their own cot bedding. Outside, there is a seaward facing decked terrace with furniture and an allocated parking space for one car in an underground car park. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop and within 0.1, a pub and a beach. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Coast is a family-friendly apartment for a coastal retreat in St Ives.
