Step inside to find a coastal-themed kitchen/diner with sea views and a wood burner. Gather at dining table for a special meal with your loved ones, or relax on the window seat. Continue into the homely living room with neutral tones and beautiful sea views, two comfortable sofas, an armchair plus another wood burner. The sunroom is bright and airy with seating, for reading a good book, gazing out to sea and enjoying a glass of wine. There is also a hallway with a hanging rail for wet suits plus a bathroom with a walk-in shower. Upstairs is another bathroom and three bedrooms – a king-size, double and twin room. Outside you can enjoy the BBQ, seating and beach views plus an additional rear garden.


During your stay in Praa Sands, the local restaurants and beach are within 0.5 miles. Follow the coastal path from Praa Sands to Prussia Cove (2.5 miles) past Cudden Point to the historical The Stackhouse Baths (4.5 miles). The rugged coastline of Lizard Point is 18 miles away and is packed with secluded coves.
