Renovated apartment in the Levante area with terrace and panoramic views of the city and the sea, in Benidorm. It has 2 bedrooms and capacity for 6 people.

96 m² accommodation, tastefully and modernly furnished, with views of the sea and the mountains.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, seasonal community+children's pool, seasonal community heated pool, at least one of the pools will remain open throughout. year, children's area, tennis court, soccer and basketball court, paddle tennis court, gym, private garage in the same building, 3 televisions, Smart TV, hairdryer, iron.

The independent induction kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, washing machine, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Beds and settees were really comfortable. Location was great. Lovely outdoor pool and sunbathing area but you pay 3 euros per day for a sunbed which is reasonable. No waiting for lifts and lifts and entrance kept very clean. No instructions on how to work the cooker.

The views are fantastic and the apartment is lovely and spacious with a fully equipped kitchen. A little bit of maintenance is required on the ensuite shower door.

Beautiful comfy apartment.

View from balcony and location to restaurants bars etc plenty of cutlery, towels, comfy sofas and beds great nights sleep, and the two shower room s the apartment was spotlessly clean The welcome pack ie coffee, wine, water etc from Benidorm booking was appreciated and thier staff at the office are so helpful, great experience. Nothing great apartment.

Our stay was very good and we will definitely come back.

We liked how close we were to everything and specifically the view from the balcony was amazing, there was lots of things nearby and everything was walking distance. The apartment was lovely and definitely catered to our needs! We would’ve appreciated if we had been provided with more toilet roll considering there was 6 of us staying there and also more bin bags would’ve been good.

Apartment was modern and plenty of room for 5 of us. Everything you needed was there. Great location and lovely welcome pack The pillows, they were huge and uncomfortable. Only a white sheet as bedding we had to ask for more bedding

A lovely stay in Benidorm

Have stayed in Benidorm many times but the very first time staying in a private apartment. We were a group of 2 couples staying and we all really enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room for four people and we liked that it had 2 bathrooms it was lovely and clean with a well equipped kitchen, dishwasher and washing machine. Good location and would definitely stay again. Our only gripe was the fact we were only given one set of keys when 2 sets would have made our stay much better (maybe this should be considered for future bookings)

Thoroughly enjoyed the holiday. Apartment and office were brilliant.

Didn’t have breakfast. There was a bar/cafe just down the street, which was really good. Good location. It was really quiet at night, but not to far out from anywhere. Nothing!

Really enjoyable stay in this apartment

Really enjoyable stay in this apartment. I would definitely return and I would absolutely recommend to others. Location is brilliant. Close to everything but quiet in the evening. The smell of the air conditioning, I don't know if it needed cleaning but it made me want to throw up.

It was a great stay and We will definitely stay here again

The property was lovely and was a lovely home from home. We loved the location and the pool was great too. The only thing I would say is there was no tea towelsoven gloves and no instructions to use the cooker and air con etc . It would be a lot better if you didn't have to go somewhere else to get the keys and someone was on site to show you around. A meet and greet would of been so much better.

Loved everything.. Lovely views.. Clean spacious apartment.. Very quiet block.. Close enough to beach, shops, restaurants and bars.. Pool area was amazing.. Haven&#39t got a bad thing to say.. Amazing and hoping to go back with my friend in 2 years and would definitely book again

The property was spotless and beautifully decorated to modern taste. Welcome pack with bottle of wine, large bottle of water, tea, coffee, hot chocolate & toiletries was lovely. Close to everything! Outdoor market at end of street, close to beach, strip. Lovely outdoor pool - 3 euros for sunbed payable to life guard. There is an indoor pool as well & small gym. Outdoor pitch & put. Nothing really - there was nothing we didn’t like just don’t walk home alone at night - Be careful.

Excellent accommodation in a great location.

The apartment was very clean, roomy and comfortable. The location is very quiet but within about 10 minute's walk from loads of bars and restaurants. The views from the balcony are amazing. The beds are very comfortable and the bedrooms have plenty of storage for a short stay. The living accommodation is great: large comfy sofas and a decent TV. All in all, the apartment is really good and I would recommend it to others. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the lack of little things such as a plug for the sink, dishcloths, and a lack of general cooking implements and only a handful of dishes and plates and wine glasses. These are very minor matters really as the apartment as a whole is truly excellent.
