Renovated apartment on the Levante beachfront, Benidorm, with direct access to the beach from the building. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower (one en suite), and capacity for 6 people.

96 m² accommodation, tastefully and modernly furnished, with frontal views of the sea, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator, high-speed fiber internet access (wifi), air conditioning throughout the accommodation, heat pump heating, balcony, communal pool open seasonally, outdoor parking in the same building, tennis court, 2 Televisions, iron, hairdryer.

The open-plan kitchen with ceramic hob peninsula is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, washing machine, freezer, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.

Brilliant from start to finish

The apartment was easy to find and in a fantastic location the view was great, was nice to sit on a morning and enjoy a coffee whilst watching the world go by, it was very spacious and clean the 2 bathrooms are spotless and the showers were really good i will be booking this apartment in the future

Excellent location and large pool.

nice pool, right on the beach. great to have two bathrooms! homely feel. open plan kitchen and lounge was sociable for young family. quiet and peaceful. BEWARE THERE ARE 2 DIFFERENT LIFTS!!!! I thought I got locked out, couldn’t find our apartment because I went up the wrong lift! No oven. Could not work air con which I found in a cupboard and needed coins? Very hot. Also the twin bed was ‘hidden’ in a cupboard!

Regarding what you mention about the lift, we provided you information where clearly is mentioned which elevator you have to choose, so is a mistake from you. About the oven, in the Booking page is not mentioned in the kitchen equipment because there is no oven, you can also check the photos and see by yourself. The apt. was clean and comfortable. Very centrally located. The staff was helpful and responsive. There was a problem with the air conditioner the first day and they were quick about getting it fixed. The apartment was great. The only annoyance was the air conditioner being set to shut itself automatically off after 3 hours. It was fine during the day but at night time we would wake up to a stuffy apartment and have to turn it back on again.

Sonnenplatz im Frühjahr

Sehr schönes und sauberes Apartment. Lage direkt an der Strandpromenade. Durch das Panaramafenster war jeder Sonnenaufgang ein Schauspiel. Direkt unter dem Apartment liegen zwei Bars. Jetzt in der Vorsaison war es ab 20 Uhr ruhig, denke aber, dass es in der Hauptsaison sehr laut werden kann. Die Schlafzimmer gehen aber nach hinten, Richtung Parkplatz.

Amazing views and touching distance of the Beach

Amazing view of the full Levante Beach front with access to the beach off the apartment block. Spacious & modern, with a great Fridge/Freeze & comfortable beds including the double sofa bed more than ample space for our family of 2 Adults & 3 Teenagers.

La ubicación y el parking, saber que tu coche duerme en plaza privada da tranquilidad La vistas desde el salón son increíbles. El aire acondicionado va con monedas sin embargo no tenía el gas refrigerante así que fue dinero perdido. Sin ventilador se pasa muchísimo calor porque el piso recibe sol todo el día

Excelente ubicación. Parking amplio y sin problemas de acceso. Limpieza. Las ventanas no cierran bien. El pestillo de seguridad está roto en todas. Sería positivo cambiarlos.
