Apartment located in the Sunset Waves complex on Poniente Beach, with 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower (main en suite) and capacity for 6 people.
Comfortable and newly built 111 m² accommodation, with panoramic views of the sea, the city and the mountain.
Urbanisation designed for the enjoyment of our guests, featuring an infinity pool with a shallow area bar, surrounded by natural grass with sunbeds, solarium area and communal showers. Heated outdoor swimming pool with two swimming lanes, 3 outdoor jacuzzis (2 installed in the sunbed and pool area, and 1 installed near the children's pool), complete gym with views of the gardens and pool, Sauna, Outdoor children's play area, children's park, children's climbing wall, paddle court, tennis court, ping pong tables, football pitch and basketball court.
It has a lift, 24 m² terrace, ironing board, high-speed internet access (wifi), hairdryer, heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, garage in the same building, 2 Televisions (Smart TV)
The kitchen with island, induction, is equipped with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, crockery/cutlery, utensils/kitchen, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer.
- The key handover and check-in is carried out in our office located at Avenida Rey Jaime I number 20, local 2, commercial name BenidormBooking, in front of Burger King.
- An amount of 200€ is retained as a deposit by credit/debit card retention or cash alternatively.
- Check-in from 16:30h (high season from 18:00h)
- Check out before 11:00h
- In this urbanisation, each guest is given an identifying wristband or bracelet for access to swimming pools and common areas. The loss or misplacement of each one entails a cost of 50€ which will be retained from the guests' deposit in case of non-return.
