Suite Patrizia is a small first floor apartment with private veranda overlooking the sea. The house is located in a terraced house located within a newly built residence. The accommodation is about 350 meters from the nearest free beach in Capitolo (a hamlet of Monopoli) and from the equipped beach of Lido Azzurro. At the same distance there are bars, restaurants and mini markets, while the city center of Monopoli is about 7 km away and can be easily reached by bus. Patrizia SeaView Suite is perfect for couples who want to enjoy a relaxing beach holiday.



The accommodation is located on the first floor of an elegant terraced villa, within a newly built residence. Patrizia SeaView Suite is accessed via an external staircase. Inside the house there is a comfortable double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Outside there is an outdoor area with a pergola, with kitchen equipped with an induction hob, microwave, refrigerator and sink, and a small table and an outdoor sofa. From the outdoor area it is possible to enjoy a wonderful panorama with sea view. Behind there is a solarium area reserved for guests where there are two sun loungers and an umbrella.



At Check-In you would sign a rental contract in written form in English for the rent of the house (as provided by art. 1 comma 4, Italian Law n. 431/1998). At Check-In there will be also the payment of the tourist tax for the municipality of Monopoli, equal to 1€ per day for each person over 12.



Check-In: from 4pm to 10pm (Late Check-In until 11:59pm 30€, after that time 50€ subject to confirmation)

Check-Out: before 10am

Cautionary Deposit: 100€
