Villa Bay, distributed over 2 floors, with 3 bedrooms (2 with air conditioning and 1 with fan), ground floor with living room and fully equipped independent kitchen. Very spacious villa and close to a very nice cala as well as to the port. It has a laundary and provided me with the soap and other essencials. Could be better if black out blinds are provided as well as warmer pool. Other than that, it was great and i definitely come back and totally recommended

Me and 4 friends stayed at this place in June for a week, and we really enjoyed our time here!

The house was very clean on arrival, it is fully equiped and has more than enough space for 5 (or 6) persons. The outside area with swimming pool, terrace, pool table and table tennis table is great! A small, but pretty beach is only 10 minutes walk away and the center takes about half an hour. Although there are many houses around this house, it was very quiet and peaceful.

Lovely villa in quiet location

6 adults stayed in the villa comfortably. The villa is basic but very clean. The management team at Mauter Villas were excellent. Their communication was extremely good. We had a broken toaster which was replaced the same day. They were always available for advice. The villa is a short taxi ride away from Cuitadella and there is also a bus stop very near by.

Wonderful!

We had a wonderful stay at the villa. We found it to be immaculate on our arrival and a small welcome pack was left for us which was a nice touch. We found the villa to more spacious than it looks in the images and the garden had a few extra items along with a better dining table than shown. The beds were fantastic. It's very rare to stay in rented accommodation with such comfortable beds and it made a huge difference to our holiday. The location is perfect, with Sa Caleta just minutes walk away. There is a lovely view of the sea and Mallorca from the balcony too. We hired a car but you could quite easily stay there without one. The villa company were very friendly and efficient, we only had reason to contact them to request a late check-out. This was an option for a small fee. Al in all, we had a really lovely time there and would definitely recommend it to anyone thinking about staying in that area.

The villa was as described

The villa was as described and comfortable enough for a short stay. Everything was clean and tidy inside and out. The pool was lovely and much needed but the pool table has seen better days. The villa is quite overlooked by others but as it was quiet this was not a problem. This is a mainly residental area so there are limited facilities in the area. The nearest supermarket is about a 20 minute walk. We did find some nice restaurants also about a 15-20 minute walk away. We had a four night stay which was long enough for what is available in the local area. If you were staying for longer I would recommend hiring a car. there was an issue with the air-conditioning unit in the lounge not working. However, the hosts did try to sort this out but it didn't get resolved while we were there despite two visits from maintenance. Also the third bedroom would benefit from air-conditioning too.

Sehr guter Service der Agentur Mauter Villas, sehr sauberes Haus, sehr gepflegte Anlage, gute Matratzen, alles vorhanden im Haus was nötig ist, (sogar mehr als in der Beschreibung wie zB ein Bügeleisen) sehr gute Lage, Central und doch auch sehr ruhig, einfacher Check In und Check Out Die Zahlen des Schlüsselfachs sin in der Dunkelheit nicht gut zu erkennen

Ubicación inmejorable, a poco minutos de Sa Caleta, Santandria i de Ciutadella. Casa con todo lo necesario para pasar una buena estada. AACC en todas las estancias. Exterior muy bien cuidado, tanto la piscina como el jardín. Atención muy buena de la agencia, en especial de Joan. Gracias por todo. Poco, quizás para mejorar sería interesante poner un toldo en la zona de la terraza. Y algo más de cubiertos.

Logement de très bonne qualité, très spacieux, très calme et bien équipée. La localisation est calme et proche de la mer et de Ciutadella. La piscine et jardin très bien également. BBQ, table de tennis de table et billard en sus. Nous sommes très heureux d'apprendre que vous avez trouvé la qualité excellente et que vous avez apprécié l'emplacement près de la mer et les équipements supplémentaires tels que la table de ping-pong et le billard. Ringrazio lo staff per la sensibilità nel farci trovare snack , acqua al nostro arrivo tardissimo la sera tard. Casa fantastica , direi una Reggia con 3 camere e tre bagni, cucina attrezzatissima e giardino magnifico con piscina.. sorprendente trovare un tavolo da Ping pong e un biliardo. Nulla, a parte qualche problemino con la piscina subito risolto

Casa amplia con una distribución excelente y jardín con piscina. Todo estaba nuevo y limpio. Vecindario tranquilo y amable y ubicación inmejorable. Hemos disfrutado muchísimo y estamos contentos no solo con la villa sino con la atención recibida en esto la empresa es inmejorable. Sin duda es la opción ideal para esta isla afortunada, tanto esta villa como la oferta de su página web. Nos veremos, gracias!.
