A pretty and spacious apartment, with all the comforts, converted from an architectural salvage of an old industrial structure, nearby the hotel Molino Stucky, in a suggestive and pleasant picture of the Giudecca island. The apartment is situated on two floors with visible wooden beams and is composed of three bedrooms. It can comfortably accommodate two/three people surrounded by a suggestive and quiet area, which is the island of Giudecca. The apartment has 1 double-room,  a living room complete with sofa bed, an equipped kitchen, one bathroom, a  washing machine, a safe, free TV and WIFI. All rooms have air-conditioning, and a warm welcome greets the guests thanks to the elegant furnishing. The apartment is located approximately 150 m. from the jetty of Palanca and in the same area there are various shops, banks and nice restaurants, everything outside of the big tourist flows and therefore our guests can immerse themselves in the Venetian really more true.
