Apartment by the Beach. Ocean view

My beautiful and luxury Apartment is located in the best turistic area in Tenerife. There is one bedroom, bathroom, lounge with big flat-screen TV with international channels including English and Germans channels. An open fully equipped kitchen and a lovely relaxing good sized sunny terrace off the lounge with ocean view. The terrace can be opened for sunbath or closed for a romantic dinner. Washing machine and WiFi are available.
Bed linen and towels are provided on the arrival. Its the perfect apartment for couples (Max 4 people).
There is 1 swimming pool and a small pool for children. It is just 5 minutes walking from the beachs, you will also find restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, shopping malls and the best entertainment in the south of the island.
Free private parking is available on site.
Fifteen days before your arrival, I will give you all the information to access the apartment.
It's appreciated the communication of an e-mail address and a mobile phone for contacts via WhatsApp.

IMPORTANT: the owner DOES NOT RESPOND to requests about the name of the Complex. Here is all the information and the name of the complex is not important. IT IS A PRIVATE APARTMENT.

Great little getaway

We've had a good week staying in this apartment, which is privately owned but resides within the Novima Panarama Hotel complex. It is very well equipped, with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The patio area is great for late afternoon sun or if you just fancy a break from the pool. As some other reviews have mentioned, some parts of the apartment are looking a little tired, but in no way did this spoil our enjoyment and we would happily recommend to others.

Excellent value property

Fab property on a lovely complex in an excellent location. Close to the Puerto Colon and a short walk from beach, bars , shops and restaurants. The apartment is equipped with everything you would need for your stay.

Perfect

Lovely clean apartment with all amenities and nice patio area. Beatiful pool area and friendly staff. Did not cook in the apartment as lots of restaurants nearby to choose from. Location was perfect for us. Good communication from our host. Would definitely return.

Just perfect

This was just what we were looking for with a 5 minute walk from all our favourite places. The apartment was very homely and comfortable. The added bonus was the washing machine no washing to go home. Everything was as it said and it was just perfect for us. The host was first class from first contact and nothing was any problem with quick responses. We will definitely be going through her again.

Great apartment

Apartment is in a lovely complex in a great location. Large supermarket 2 mins away, 1 min to promenade with a great choice of bars and restaurants. The apartment has everything you need, including a shopping trolley. Bring your own cleaning cloth and dish scourer. Pegs are supplied. The wifi is good, we brought our firestick and it worked fine. The shower is very powerful with plenty of hot water. I would stay here again.

Lovely Apartment small but has everything you need. Washing machine, is fantastic.location is fantastic.pool is lovely, area is clean, not too many children.Apartment was mostly quiet, apart from building works over road and doors slamming. Near a cleaners cupboard, so Early morning wake ups. Fabulous communication with check in and transfers. Hopefully we will be back again soon. A

The apartment is a nice size pity we could only use half the wardrobe due to a water leak and the TV did not work did not really spoil the holiday but you do want what you have paid for.

Depressing

We booked this property for ten days and it was OK on first impressions. On day five the balcony became inaccessible due to renovation work that was unplanned. This had an obvious impact on the rest of our holiday as the balcony plays a big part. We were able to resolve the issue with the property management.

This is a great place to stay at a very reasonable price.It has everything you need - all utensils, hairdryer, iron ,washing machine and the beds are comfortable. Its a minute walk to the sea front and in the heart of resturants and bars.The complex it is in is lovely and clean and has a nice pool.The check in was fantastic, really easy, no messing about and their is a safe in the bedroom and air con in the lounge which come in the price.Check out was fantastic for us as we had a late afternoon flight and the hosts out of good will allowed us to have the apartment free of charge as no one was checking in on the day we left. I thought this was fabulous as a good will gesture.Balcony / terrace is a lovely sun trap, you can see a little bit of the sea from the balcony.There was only a couple of down sides for us which is that there was no aircon in bedroom and the noise. The bedroom backs onto the outside hallway and you can hear all the noise although that was between the hours of 6.30am and 9.30am which is a bit annoying as we like to lay in until about 9 but was woken each morning with noise (people up and down the landing / doors banging etc)Not noticable during the day as we were out all day and the complex tended to go quiet on a night so sleeping wasnt an issue it was just being woken up each morning from 6.30am.I would recommend this place, it was lovely and well worth the money, i would stay again but would take some earplugs for the morning noise

They say the Camera never lies. It did for this property.

Basically an ordeal. The apartment needs de-cluttering and re-organsing. Wardrobe that you don't have enough height to hang a mans polo shirt, let alone a womans dress. I could go on.

Neglected and tired

The property is neglected and tired, and hasn't been updated for many years. The bathroom is tiny and the bathroom door wouldn't close and the towel ring was hanging off the wall. I reported these issues, and also thatthe wardrobe wasn't fit for purpose

Fabulous location, enjoyable holiday.

The apartment is in a perfect location and was just about big enough for the 3 of us. I think 4 people would struggle. The patio area is nice with side views of the sea. The swimming pool and surrounding area is pretty and the water temperature was quite warm.It was a nice touch having milk, water and a few tea bags provided.The apartment is lacking in plugs, with just one plug in the bedroom. An extension lead was provided, which we used.Also, the tiny wardrobe is no good for hanging anything long. There are drawers, which we used instead, so managed ok. There are plenty of pots, pans, kitchen utensils etc..The shower is good and well enclosed.The driver who picked us up was very responsive and even popped over upon my request to show us how to use the washing machine, which we didn't use in the end as we realised there was a launderette in the hotel, where washing powder was included in the cost. We had an enjoyable time.

Excellent holiday in Adeje

A very good property for a couple. It is a private apartment in an apart hotel but there were no problems arising from this arrangement. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The only real problem we had was that the door to the balcony couldn't open but this was dealt with quickly and efficiently. The apartment is well-equipped, the only aspect that could do with improvement is the TV. It was not really a TV set but a receiver with nothing attached to it so we couldn't see any actual programmes. Luckily I was able to watch on a USB drive I attached to a USD slot. The remote control could do with an upgrade. The location was excellent, with several beaches within a short walk, with a wide variety of restaurants, and the nearby commercial centre had supermarkets etc. An excellent holiday overall.
