The property is 50 m from the sandy beach "Tunnel" and the supermarket. In addition, it is conveniently located 5 km from the "Salgados" golf course, 12 km from the "Albufeira" train station and 34 km from "Faro" airport. Ideal for families.



The villa is equipped with garden furniture, terrace, central heating and air conditioning in all rooms. You will also find amenities such as internet access (Wi-Fi), hair dryer and a television with satellite channels in various languages.



The electric kitchenette is complete, including refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, cutlery and kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster and electric kettle.

The home was absolutely beautiful and a perfect location. We loved the gorgeous deck overlooking the ocean, and everything we could want was just a quick walk away. Beds were comfortable and all the amenities we needed were accessible. As mentioned by a few other renters, there seems to be a bit of a plumbing issue in one of the bathrooms as the shower did not fully drain and there is an off smell when entering, but I understand that plumbing can be difficult to close to the sea. Overall we had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property.

Location was wonderful. Hard to find parking in the area. One of the rooms were musty and smelled like mold. When you first walk in there is a strong smell of sulfur/sewer scent. But location is definitely a plus. The view was beautiful!

Fabulous location in the old town area. Views of the ocean were great. Management was helpful and responive. With that said... the property could be improving by some loving care. Closet door in the main bedroom hung badly and made a scraping sound when opened and closed. Build in microwave was broken, Television was also sketchy. Bad sound. some plumbing fixtures were loose. And the manual could use better descriptions of how the appliances work. All and all... we paid the premium price for the location. Worth it for that. If management paide better attention to the small details it goes from good to great.

The house is a two minute walk from the beach and there are lots of restaurants/bars in the area. We enjoyed the amazing view and breakfast on the terrace. The air conditioning worked well and helped us get a good night sleep. The house could use new towels and linens. We also had to store any opened food items in the refrigerator to keep some ants in the kitchen away.

Great house, lively location

The house is overlooking a busy and lively beach area, which includes the tunnel to the Old Town. The dining room and living room have great ocean/beach views, and the house itself is gorgeous and modern.A couple of points: Because it's right above the beach, there is foot traffic going by the house frequently so it's not secluded. The downstairs bedroom windows are on the street side so we kept the blinds down. We found that the parking was tight but manageable on the street below, but one night we ended up parking a few blocks away.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and enjoyed the beach-front view and vibe. Definitely recommended!

Property in an excellent location positioned at an Historic Gun Battery high point on cliff, with beautiful views. Difficulty in parking if you have hired a car, very noisy until 02:30 on most nights.Lovely property which has seen better daysThe shower bathroom on the ground floor had a particularly strong sewer smell which didn’t improve with use, bedrooms were stale smelling.In my opinion it was not worth the money and I’m sorry but I wouldn’t return.

Eine traumhafte Villa! Perfekte Lage, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt, mit atemberaubendem Blick auf das Meer. Jeden Morgen das Rauschen der Wellen zu hören und die Aussicht zu genießen, war fantastisch. Das Haus ist geräumig, stilvoll eingerichtet und ideal für einen entspannten Urlaub am Meer. .
