While it may appear aged from the outside, it is a typical residential building where local families live alongside some holiday rentals, making it a safe and authentic part of the neighborhood. Regarding the kitchen, we’d be grateful if you could let us know which utensils you felt were missing, as we strive to ensure our guests have everything they need. Previous guests have often mentioned that the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals comfortably. We have tested the air conditioning and found it to be working normally, though we understand it may not have been clear how to adjust the settings. As for the balconies, they are very rarely used by the owners, who live abroad, so privacy is typically assured.
