Unser Haus ist sehr geräumig. Sie haben Zugang zu ca. 200 m2, einem großen Gebiet in Paris, das sich intramural befindet. Das Haus ist hell und gut ausgestattet mit 4 Schlafzimmern, 3 Bädern, 4 Toiletten und einer Dachterrasse von 50 m2.

Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend in der Nähe der U-Bahn und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.
Das Haus ist mit einem Hausautomationssystem ausgestattet, um die Fensterläden zu öffnen und zu schließen. Das Wasser wird in allen Bädern weich gemacht.

We stayed September 27-30, 2026 and the house was incredibly lovely. It was welcoming and the house guide had so many tips and suggestions in it! I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for a stay in Paris that is fairly quiet and cozy. Would absolutely stay here again!

Great place for a family!

Lots of bedrooms, comfortable living & dining areas, kitchen well equipped. The ping pong table and play area was perfect for our children. There were lots of bistros and restaurants nearby and a fabulous Boulangerie for croissants, quiche, and bread near the Metro station a short walk away. Good playgrounds within walking distance for younger children, and a good open area market several days a week.

Lovely home, great neighborhood

Just as described. Lots of space to spread out. Comfortable rooms. Neighborhood has lots of restaurants and shops and is close to many metro/bus stops. Market is close too. Nice to have washing machine. Roof terrace was really nice. Highly recommend

Magnifique!

Loved everything about the property. Spacious bedrooms and enough bathrooms for our group. Kitchen was well appointed. We were able to prepare and enjoy meals. The living room and rooftop terrace were lovely for hanging out. The location was great. Near plenty of bakeries, markets and the metro. I would highly recommend this as a place to stay for anyone who wants a clean, comfortable apartment away for the crowds of central Paris.

Charming large house on residential neighborhood with easy access to all of Paris!

Our host, Evelyne, could not have been kinder! She met us at the property and is a very gracious person. Everything that might be needed was already in the home (umbrellas for the days of rain, fully stocked kitchen, lots of towels, plus ping pong and a piano). Very spacious home with 3 modern bathrooms and even a small half bath on ground floor. We had a great time!

Perfect Paris Home Base

This was the perfect property for our two families to use as a home base to explore Paris for a few days. Easy walk to a couple different Metro stops as well as the delightful Village Jourdain for cafes, boulangeries, general groceries, and pretty much everything we needed. It’s a lovely area that feels removed from the city bustle. The home had plenty of beds and bathrooms for 9 of us, from teens to adults, and the roof deck and ping pong table were a couple fun extras. Check in and check out were totally smooth.

Great house in the 20th

Spacious (large rooms, modern bathrooms and kitchen), well equipped (kids loved the ping pong table!), and in a congenial area. Never understood why people feel they must be in center city. Here, you have a real Paris neighborhood, only 5 minutes from a Metro with a direct 15 minute connection to Hotel de Ville. Excellent communication with owner right next door. We would come again in a second - and plan to do so!

Great house in a great spot in Paris

We spent 3 nights at Villa Bleu in September during a short visit to Paris before our main trip to Normandy. Evelyne and Patrick's house is beautiful, with high ceilings and lots of interesting artwork on the walls. There was plenty of room for the five of us, and having a bedroom and bathroom on the main level was very nice for my 91-year old father-in-law as he doesn't climb stairs as he used to. Evelyne was easy to get in touch with during the visit and provides a very useful booklet of information about the house, local restaurants, maps for the metro etc. It is a really easy place to use as a home base if you plan to sightsee in Paris via Metro If we are back in Paris I hope we can stay here again!

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay here. The accommodations were lovely. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms and the sitting area in front of the picture window facing the street provided us with entertainment while home just watching the people walk by. We were close to the metro and the grocery store. Coming from the US, we did not realize that there is no AC but even in the high heat that we experienced during our stay, with the windows open and fans on at night, we were comfortable. The host left plenty of instructions of places to go locally to do things. My only comment to note is that make sure you clean up completely or pay the cleaning fee before you leave. We did not read that in the instructions clearly. I think also the language difference with the written instructions caused us to miss that. Otherwise, the host was very good to communicate with us and provided us with a great option. I would stay here again.

merci de vos suggestions mais il y a 6 chaises capitonnees autour de la table 2 grands et larges fauteuils en cuir et deux autre fauteuils de velours et des chaises cannées ce qui permet une assise confortable pour une dizaine de personnes le guide de la maison est très complet et les tarifs du ménage y sont clairement indiqués et vous pouvez aussi en prendre connaissance quand vous signez les règles de la maison Comme vous n avez pas manifesté votre désir de le commander vous deviez le faire en fin de séjour

Beautiful Home in a Paris Neighborhood

Fully stocked large house with a great rooftop deck. Communication with the host, Evelyne, was quick and easy. Short 7-minute walk to the closest Metro station. Restaurants and other services are two blocks in 3 directions. Will definitely reserve again if we come back with a large group. Cons: Can be noisy with the school across the street if you have the windows open. The Internet/wifi was really slow. We could not open websites to make plans. We had to use data on our phones.

Great location in Paris!

Our group of seven family members enjoyed our stay in Evelyne's home, which was convenient to boulangeries, grocery stores, and Metro. The house was spacious and well-equipped, and we loved enjoying a glass of wine on the rooftop in the evening. Evelyne provided lots of useful information upon check-in and was very responsive to questions in advance of our stay.

Fabulous house with lots of space and really well equipped.

The house was beautiful and very comfortable with plenty of room for 7 people. We could have fitted way more people. The kitchen was very well equipped,everywhere was very clean with great showers in the 2 rooms ensuite bathrooms. Evelyne the owner was readily available but we had no need for her As everything was perfect.

Perfect for our group size and central to our needs in Paris

Owners were available and helpful. They have a large assortment of brochures, maps, etc. and freely available local knowledge, just ask! Apt. large and spacious and had a rooftop sitting area. Kitchen was well outfitted for our needs. Clothes washer was available. Wonderful weekend market was nearby, as was metro, grocery, bakery, parks. Only television was in one bedroom. While that was not a concern for us, it may be for others.

Wonderful house with everything we needed for 8 adults, 1 child and an infant!!

The house could not have worked out better. Everything we needed, and only a few minutes walk from the Metro (which you should use whenever you can). A fully equipped kitchen even had some foodstuffs in the pantries from other guests. A large dining table, wonderful living room, and beds for everyone. The ping pong table was an added bonus! Highly recommend this home, Patrick and Evelynn, and the VRBO system!

large, comfortable and very well equipped house

We spent 4 nights in the house, we were a large group of 9 people, 4 adults and 5 kids. There was plenty of space for all of us thanks to the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms, a totally functional kitchen with all you need for so many people and a comfortbale dining and sitting room. The house has been recently renovated and is very nicely decorated with old as well as ethnic furniture and painted in bright lively colors; the bathrooms were sleek new and one even had a jacuzzi. All in all, the house looks much better in real than in the photos on the website. We had a small problem with congested water pipes, as it can sometimes happen in old houses, but that must have been fixed by now. The owners gave us all necessary instructions and information about the neighborhood, they were easily reachable but very discreet at the same time. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is 5-7 minutes' walking distance from the closest metro station (Jourdain), which takes you to the city centre in 20 minutes; there are plenty of shops for your errands in the neighborhood but not many restaurants to eat out at night. One of the hubs of Paris night-life (rue Oberkampf) is just a 15-minute walk from the house or a couple of stops by metro. We higly recommend this accomodation for large group of travellers and families who want to feel like at home in Paris.

Un séjour formidable

L'appartement est très bien équipé; et les salles de bains sont tout neuves. Ce fut pour nous une délicieuse semaine en plein coeur de Paris. Nos enfants ne voulait presque pas sortir de la maison. Le ping-pong et l'atmosphère à la maison leur plaisaient trop. Tout est à proximité, avec sa station de métro et ses lignes de bus, vous rejoignez la gare de l'est ou l'hôtel de ville en 10minutes...! Les propriétaires sont très gentils et vous aideront à ce que votre séjour se déroule au mieux. Merci encore!
