The villa is composed of, on the ground floor, a spacious living area, kitchen, dining area and, on the top floor, three en suite bedrooms. The whole villa looks out on to the sea from an ideal elevation to give a breathtaking view from any angle. The balconies are so spacious that you could be reclining on the deck chairs, sipping a cocktail and reading a book all the while soaking up the sun.



Depending on availablity, if you are coming by car and if you let us know in advance, we could arrange a guarded private parking spot on our premises for free. On arrival at the Villa, there will be Davide to meet you and welcome you. Davide speaks Italian and English. He is very reliable and could be called upon to drive you around the town. You can also call upon him for whatever assistance you may need during your stay such as grocery shopping and planning excursions, etc. Eventhough the town is only a ten-minute walk from the villas, we realize that a ten-minute walk is not everybody’s cup of tea. So we have introduced a free chauffeur service to make your holidy as stress-free as possible. The chauffeur and the van is at your disposal from 8:30 am until 8:00 pm. The chauffeur is a trust-worthy and reliable employee of ours so you can just sit back and relax while he takes you downtown and back to the villa as per your arrangements with him.

Authority has decided on tourist accommodation tax payments due from the guests of hotels, holiday homes, rented rooms establishments, bed breakfasts. The tourist accommodation tax ( 1.5 euros per person per night) is due for each night spent in Positano's accommodation facilities. Exemptions: children up to age 10
