This 4-bedroom villa is your perfect family base, only 550m from Apolónia supermarket. Picture yourself relaxing by the private pool with sun loungers, enjoying BBQ dinners after beach days, or playing ping pong and snooker with the family.

The villa is a typical Portuguese and we felt originally built for family maybe rather than rental. It was so spacious. Everything you needed inside the villa. Clean and comfortable for its age. The outside area desperately needs some tlc.

My family stayed in this villa, there were 7 of us and we all thought it was worth the money, very clean and spacious, even better than the pictures. The swimming pool and pool table were a big hit, ideal for large groups. I would advise renting a car though as we had to take a lot of ubers into old town but the beach is only a 10 minute walk. I would definitely go back.

We loved the villa, every bedroom had its on en suite which was great with six boys.The pool was a great size and everyone was in it all the time.The property management were excellent, they answered any messages instantly and helped when required. Thank you.The beach is a five minute walk and there are great restaurants on the beach along with loads of water activities.Salgodas golf course was fice mins away, great course, lots of water. Fantastic deals with a buggy.15 mins to Albufeira old town and beach.Couldn't recommend enough.

We had a good stay.

Pool table is a winner , we use it a lot every evening. Air-cons are old type and did not perform 100% , but we manage to get the place heated. We only tried on heat setting as our stay was in December. Main electricity switch tripped a few times , but resetting is very easy and switch is marked properly. overall we had a good time.

Excellent stay, the host was lovely and explained everything upon arrival. All 7 of us fitted in the place comfortably. There was a supermarket very close by so enjoyed popping over for breakfast items and anything needed for the day ahead. Was a good distance to old town and about 15/20 mins to new town. Because we were 7 uber was our mode of transport and worked out very well and in budget between us all. Only problem was one of the days the key didn’t work we apparently turned it too much. We were locked out of the property and had to wait about an hour for someone. It was a lil cold. But communication was efficient and they fixed it as fast as they could. So really good problem solving. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my 30th birthday here and would definitely come back again 🫶🏽

Great villa, location perfect for us, great service from agency

Family of six adults for one week in June 24. Villa was plenty big enough for us, we didn't even use one of the bedrooms. Pool excellent, pool maintenance guys came twice to check everything was OK. Villa clean and well appointed. It's a little faded in a few places but nothing broken or poor. Location is great, it's in a quiet area but a 5 minute walk to a well stocked supermarket and 10 minute walk to lovely beaches. Communication from agency (Algarve Holidays) was superb. One aircon unit had a problem on the first night but agency were already aware of it and it was fixed the next day. No problems getting breakage deposit returned. Well worth the price, recommended, and thank you Algarve Holidays.

Classifico como aceitável a nossa estadia, resultado de uma casa que já foi muito boa, estar com falhas de manutenção relevantes e ter sido preparada de forma pouco cuidada para a nossa entrada.Exemplos de falhas:1- Ar condicionado de um dos quartos (Quarto dos Pais - Morango) não funcionava. Á noite estava tão quente que não pode ser utilizado nos 2 primeiros dias, a solução encontrada (AC portátil mal instalado) foi má pois como se vê na foto obrigou a ficar com a janela aberta o que proporcionou a entrada de mosquitos e baratas.2- O quadro elétrico disparou sempre que tentámos colocar a maquina de lavar louça a funcionar, o Técnico de manutenção que foi ao local disse que não tinha forma de resolver o problema.3- A mesa de ping-pong pela qual foram cobrados 75 adicionais está em péssimo estado de conservação (não foi utilizada).4- Piscina mal mantida (falta de pequenas peças que origina lesões dos pés e pernas, lâmpadas fundidas, falta de limpeza no interior (já estava assim no check in).5 - Área exterior com ninhos de baratas no mobiliário da piscina, assim como teias de aranha de algum tempo. No pavimento havia imensos dejetos de animais (cães / gatos) assim como formigas.6 - A loiça e talheres para 8 pessoas é claramente insuficiente como exemplo refiro que existia apenas uma colher de café para 8 utilizadores (com poucos euros resolvemos este problema).

Overall a lovely experience and we would all return again in the future.

We stayed with family in April 25 and had a very good experience. The villa was better than the photos and the villa is stunning. It was very clean and spacious with a pool. The pool table went down very well with the whole family. The location is peaceful and there is a grocery store close to the building.

Gorgeous Villa close to Beaches

Had a gorgeous week long stay at this villa. It’s within walking distance of locals shops, restaurants and beaches. Ideal for families. Bedrooms, kitchen and all other rooms are clean and modern. Would suggest work to be done on the floor of the pool, and the air con didn’t work in the living room but other than that, we all loved it and we will definitely be coming back to Villa Brisa do Mar in the near future😃
