We’re truly sorry to hear that the check-in process felt more complicated than expected. The online check-in (boarding pass) is actually a very quick process that usually takes no more than 5 minutes, which is why we always send it in advance, so guests can complete it easily and comfortably from home before arrival. That said, we truly value your feedback and have taken note of your suggestions, including the idea of electronic locks.
