Apartments located in a comfortable and quiet area, a few minutes walk from the seaside village of Marina di Campo and the homonymous golden sand beach. It doesn't take many words to describe the most touristic place on the island: sea, sun, services and entertainment. More than a km long, with its golden sandy beach that slopes gently towards the sea, it is ideal for families with children; it offers both a free beach and a large stretch of equipped beach. To the east you will find the wildest part of the beach, equipped with games for children, and a beautiful pine forest will guarantee you shelter from the sun during the hottest hours.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
The apartment consists of a large living room with a well-equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds and a bathroom with shower.
In addition, the living room leads to a terrace.

Important Notes:

- deposit (mandatory): 200.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
