We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
The structure is located in a panoramic and silent location, surrounded by the greenery and blue of the sea it overlooks. A few steps from the spectacular Gennaro beach, a small cove with smooth pebbles, it is almost never crowded, even in August by 10am it is possible that it is all to yourself. It can be reached via a fairly easy downhill path. It is the first cove you come across on the Path of Love, an exceptional route for lovers of trekking and walking. The outdoor space is large and the incredible view of the sea will surround moments of pure pleasure, without forgetting that you will be close to a characteristic seaside village.

The house of approximately 65 m2, completely independent, is composed of a living room, a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bedroom with a bunk bed, and a bathroom. The furnishings are simple and comfortable, suitable for a holiday in freedom even out of season.

Important Notes:
- groups of guys under 21 years of age are not permitted
- check-in in our Agency from 4.00 pm to 7.30 pm and check-out by 9.00 am; fee for late check-in after 8.00 pm € 50.00
- small/medium size animals with a fee of € 30 on the spot
- deposit (mandatory): 250 .00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after check the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels not included: it can be added at a cost of 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking) or it can be brought from home; not bookable on site
