We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date. We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.
At just one step to the white beach of Marina di Campo and to the village centre, this wide apartment offers all comforts for enjoying your vacation at sea in freedom. With garden shower and direct access to the beach.

100m2 apartment. composed of 4 double rooms, 2 of which are double and 2 with a pull-out sofa bed, two bathrooms, kitchen, living room with sofa bed for 2 people and large panoramic veranda equipped for eating in the open air. Civility and respect for other guests, guarantees an oasis of peace right on the largest beach on the island.

Important Notes:
- The apartment must be rented for a maximum of 9 adults or 8 adults + 2 children
- Groups of guys/adolescents under 28 years of age are not permitted
- The rental is not permitted to people with pets of any size
- Deposit (mandatory): 500 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
