The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.
Villa sleeps 8
Villa that develops on one floor, of about 230 square meters. The interiors consist of a large living room with sitting room and dining room which opens onto the portico equipped for outdoor dining, a well-equipped kitchen, then there are four bedrooms (one of which is double with joinable beds and three are doubles) and 3 bathrooms (one of which is service to a double bedroom).

It has Wifi, TV, equipped kitchen, washing machine. Wide open spaces, garden, veranda, BBQ and outdoor shower, as well as a reserved parking space.

Important information:
- Renting to groups of guys under the age of 25 is not permitted
- Check-in is not guaranteed before 17:00
- pets are allowed, only small ones with a cleaning supplement of € 30
- deposit (mandatory): 1000 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having inspected the state of the property (in case it is paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- check-in after 20.00: supplement of 50 euros
