Biodola Beach, newly restored, is located just above the sandy beach of Biodola, so you are very close to the beach.
From the veranda, where you can eat outside, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the sea, and the large garden of 2,500 square meters offers complete freedom and privacy.
A small apartment has been recenlty built over the last floor of the villa, it is occupied by the owner, and it is accessed by an external staircase.

We contact guests with arrival information within 48 hours before the arrival date.check-in takes place and key collection takes place in our offices in Portoferraio.We will ask our guests to respect two simple house rules: leave the kitchenette where you eat clean and wash dishes and crockery at check-out, separate waste collection and dispose of it.

Our company carries out electronic invoicing to the customer, therefore, immediately after booking, Italian customers will be asked to provide their residential address and “codice fiscale”, while for foreign customers it will be sufficient to provide the residence address to complete the customer data. The data are mandatory, the non-communication of the same following the booking can lead to cancellation on our part, with a penalty for the guest.

Charming villa, located in one of the most exclusive areas of Elba, just 50 meters from the golden sandy beach of Biodola.
The villa consists of a habitable veranda, equipped with tables and chairs, which enjoys a splendid view of the beach. Immersed in 2,500 square meters of garden, to enjoy your holiday in total freedom and privacy.
At guests' disposal two bedrooms, one double and one double with divisible beds, both with bathroom with shower, which is accessed via a small staircase, large and bright living room with small bathroom communicating with the kitchen. Part of the property is the attic, with a triple room.
The two-room apartment on the first floor is for the exclusive use of the property.

- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of € 50.00 must be paid
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
