Luxuriöse Beach Front Condo auf Siesta Key

Schöne 3 Schlafzimmer, 2. 5 Badezimmer Wohnung am wunderschönen Crescent Beach, Siesta Key, FL. Dieser Strandkomplex wurde 2017 von TripAdvisor zum besten Strand in den USA gewählt und ist ein großartiger Familienurlaubsort für alle Altersgruppen. Der weiße Sand ist nie zu heiß, das Wasser ist immer kristallklar und es gibt das ganze Jahr über viel Sonnenschein!

Crescent Siesta Key ist ein intimer Komplex, der 2006 fertiggestellt wurde und nur 26 Wohneinheiten umfasst und direkt am Golf von Mexiko liegt. Zwei Gebäude in der Anlage, unsere Wohnung (Einheit 404) befindet sich im Strandgebäude mit 16 Einheiten; Hintere Veranda mit Blick auf den Terrassenpool und das Ostgebäude. Es gibt 2 Pools, einen Pool am Golf mit Spa und einen Terrassenpool auf der zweiten Ebene, der die 2 Gebäude trennt. Beide Pools verfügen über Gasgrillgrills. Dieses Gerät ist jedoch auch mit einem eigenen Gasgrill auf der hinteren Veranda ausgestattet. Ein Fitness- / Trainingsraum befindet sich im Ostgebäude. Das Anwesen ist mit einem Gatter versehen, Aufzüge in beiden Gebäuden und Gebäude- und Poolbereiche sind mit Code-Lock-Eingängen gesichert. Zwei private, überdachte Parkplätze für diese Einheit reserviert. Vollzeit vor Ort Manager.

Unsere Einheit ist voll ausgestattet mit Küchengeräten aus rostfreiem Stahl, Bettwäsche, Bügeleisen / -brett und Haartrockner. Das Gerät verfügt über Holzböden, Schlafzimmer mit Teppichboden, Arbeitsplatten aus Granit, Küchengeräte aus Edelstahl, 4 Fernseher, DVD-Player, Bose-Stereoanlage, Waschmaschine und Trockner, einen privaten Grill auf dem Balkon und Highspeed-Internetzugang. Am Pool und am Strand sind zahlreiche private Liegestühle und Lounges für die Gäste reserviert.

Great property and we really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean and was a pretty good setup for our young family. We appreciated the units booster seat and high chair. Master bath was had a great bath tub and showers with wall sprayers! Location was perfect and despite being close to a busy area, it was not noisy at all. Great view of the beach and both sides on site pools were great for our young kids. The best surprise was an additional small play room that we were able to put the crib we rented in for the baby. Overall would highly recommend. Definitely got what we paid for. Also, all parking was covered.

Thank you for your wonderful, detailed review! We do feel like our 3-bedroom condo with a small bonus room is great space for families. The small bonus room is always enjoyed by the young kids as a dark, cool space for lounging (or a crib). Because our unit is on the beach-side, rather than the street-side, we also find it to be quiet despite the night-life going on.

We enjoyed our stay and location, we would return. The apartment was comfortable and spacious. There was a bonus playroom that was not on the listing, the kids loved having that space. However, we were disappointed when we arrived and there were no sponges, trash bags, paper towels, soap, or toilet paper in the unit. The apartment can use some updating, the dining chairs are very uncomfortable and all the pots and pans need to replaced.

Yes! Our unit has the bonus of the small room off the kitchen, which we have furnished with a small couch and tv for any littles. I'm sorry to hear about the extras. We intend to have a start supply of toilet paper in each bathroom; a roll of paper towels, sponge and trash bag in the kitchen, but do not supply toiletries. If ever the cleaning crew does not leave the unit with these things, I will always get them in there if notified. Appreciate the feedback on the dining room chairs and pans. We get down to the unit every 6 months and address damage/replacements that are needed, but rely on feedback from tenants if something needs to be addressed before that. Just ordered new dining room chairs today;)

We had a fantastic stay at this property and would highly recommend it to anyone. The place was clean and spotless upon arrival. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out. Layout is great, giving a perfect balance of comfortable areas for our group and plenty of private space as well. The communication with the host was smooth and helpful from start to finish. Two recommendations I would make: the condo has a handheld vacuum, but could use a cordless stick vacuum or something. It would help with the sand and such. Additionally, there were no kitchen rags or towels for the dishes. Having a few would be helpful.

The cleaning service is suppose to put two out with a kitchen sponge/rag and they must have missed it. Also, we have a stand up vacuum in the guest room closet as I find myself vacuuming up sand almost daily when we're there. Glad your family had a nice week;)

We loved our time in Siesta Key! We felt right at home, as the condo had almost everything we needed for our long stay. The beds and furniture are comfy. Baths are nice. The kitchen is nice (but could use some new cookware). Spacious, clean condo with TV's in every room. Very secure building with easy access to the pool areas and beautiful private beach. Check-in instructions were clear, and communication with the owner was easy. The gulf view from the condo is wonderful. In the late afternoon, the sun makes the gulf shimmer and sparkle with bright light reflecting into the condo. After sunset, the lingering tangerine sky is a special sight. A very enjoyable experience.

Family of 5 stayed for Easter break. Plenty of room for us. 2.5 baths was great(4 women). The beach is the best. Great location. Walk to restaurants, grocery coffee and more. Short trolly ride to the Village.

Great spacious condo and amazing location!

Enjoyed our week at Siesta Key Beach with family. Having the beach and pool option right outside your building was perfect. Captain Curt’s/Sniki Tiki across the street was super convenient plus many more things in walking distance and if not hopping on The Frog shuttle was super easy to take you to the little village area that had many more shops and restaurants.

This was our first stay at the Crescent and it was amazing. The unit was clean and convenient! The pool was refreshing and the short walk to the beach was just as we had hoped.

Great accommodations for a memorable vacation!

This unit had everything we needed. It was clean, spacious and cared for. We are a family of 6 and we appreciated all the amenities, esp the grill, beach closet, kitchen, and the wash machine/dryer. The property and pool area felt safe and was very clean. We’ve been staying on Siesta for the last 20+ years and we would definitely stay here again.
