La Furbina is a charming, early 1900s farmhouse nestled in the picturesque countryside of Lucca. Surrounded by the rich scents of olive groves and offering a panoramic view, this beautifully renovated property blends traditional Tuscan charm with modern comforts. Perfectly located for exploring Tuscany, it’s just a short drive from the historic city of Lucca, renowned for its rich cultural and culinary heritage. The house has recently been renovated by the current owners, who preserved its authentic Tuscan style using local materials like beams, rafters, and stones. A nice garden surrounds the house, fully fenced, private, and well-maintained, of about 700 square meters. Covered patio accessible from the kitchen, ideal for outdoor meals. A charcoal barbecue is located next to the house, perfect for summer cookouts.

The private swimming pool is located at the front of the house, and is clearly visible. The pool has a rectangular shape and measures 5x10m and it has a fixed depth of 1.40 metres. It has a chlorine purification system, accessed internally via a Roman staircase. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds, deck chairs, and umbrellas so that you can spend long days in the sun in complete relaxation.
