Staying in the 4 Star Failte Ireland approved  Cuddly Cow' barn studio allows you to wake up right next door to the Milking Parlour where you will have the unique opportunity to help milk the dairy herd! After the morning milking, you can then collect fresh farm milk from the dairy and enjoy the delicious taste of the creamy Donegal milk with your morning coffee. You will be guaranteed a very warm welcome by the Vaughan family when you choose to stay in 'The Cuddly Cow'!

Located on Campview Farm, 'The Cuddly Cow' is based in Ireland’s Oldest Town - Ballyshannon, Co. Donegal. The farm is close to local restaurants and Bundoran sea side resort. The Cuddly Cow has also received the “Failte Ireland Welcome Standard “. Every effort is made to ensure your accommodation is clean and hygienic. This unique farm stay is perfect for a holiday away whilst still enjoying all the comforts of home!

Situated on a working dairy farm, overlooking the beautiful Erne Estuary and Donegal Bay. You can book one of our Llama Walks or an interactive Farm Tours during your stay.Consider exploring the Wild Atlantic Way while stepping in to a Farmer's wellies at Campview Farm.
You can also book a Holistic Health Experience during your stay to feel the benefits of Animal Assisted Therapy and Green Care for a day. English lessons as a foreign language are available on-site upon request.

English Lessons €25 per hour .The farm is located overlooking the scenic Erne Estruary, the most active area in Donegal Bay for wintering birds , which is also a Protected European Protected site. Guests have an opportunity to enjoy bird watching during a stay on the farm.

As a self-catering barn studio accommodation you'll find everything you need for a perfect farm getaway. The kitchen is fully kitted out with a fridge, a hob, a toaster, an electric cooker/ grill ,a microwave and a kettle. The accommodation is wheel chair accessible and is open plan with one new luxury double bed (recently added ) and one double sofa bed. In the en-suite bathroom (wet room) you can enjoy a unique farm experience with our watering can shower!The accommodation has a wood burning stove,WIFI and a TV. Guests are provided with bed linen and towels , guests are also welcome to bring a travel cot for younger children as applicable. The accommodation is most suitable for two adults or a family of two adults and two children

 If arriving by train to Sligo car hire can be arranged from Sligo to Campview Farm.
We are located 30mins by car from Sligo. If arriving by bus to Ballyshannon a local link bus route can connect to Campview Farm. A local taxi service is also available from Ballyshannon.
