Die offene, moderne Küche wurde kürzlich mit neuen Schränken, Granitoberflächen und Küchengeräten aus Edelstahl renoviert und ist mit allen Werkzeugen ausgestattet, die Sie zum Kochen benötigen. Machen Sie es sich am neuen Esstisch mit 6 Plätzen gemütlich oder entspannen Sie sich im modernisierten Wohnbereich mit neuen Möbeln und schauen Sie sich den 55-Zoll-4K-Smart-Fernseher mit einem Streaming Blue Ray Player und digitalem Kabelanschluss an. It was the first condo in Destin where we have stayed that was not beachfront, so we were a bit uncertain, however this is now our favorite! The westerly view was perfect for relaxing with a view of the beautiful sunsets! It felt more private! We all loved the exposed concrete floors also! The condo layout and furnishings met our needs perfectly.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I saw the reviews were positive, and this did not disappoint. The unit itself was very clean, bed was comfortable, well stocked kitchen, and very pleased overall. The front desk staff were very helpful and we were able to use their computer to print up our flight boarding passes. The extra beach chairs were helpful too. If there was any down side, it was the fact that the beach was very crowded and small.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very satisfied with this rental. It was comfortable and clean. The decor was very modern. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The property was very well maintained and the staff friendly. Having the beach chairs included was a huge bonus. I brought my 2 teenage sons for Spring Break and we all had a great, relaxing vacation. Only complaint is the basketball goal is very old and broken down, but that is a property issue and does not reflect on the condo itself
