Diese Ferienwohnung befindet sich am Strand in Destin Florida, in der Nähe der folgenden Sehenswürdigkeit: Emerald Coast. Eigentumswohnung # 415 befindet sich im 4. Stock und bietet Platz für bis zu 6 Personen mit einem Kingsize-Holzbett im Hauptschlafzimmer 32 'TV, 2 weißen weißen Küstenbetten im Gästezimmer 18' TV und einem Queen-Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer 52 'TV. Dieses Gerät wurde im Januar 2018 komplett umgestaltet, um eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner in das Gerät aufzunehmen. Destin's Beach ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Das Gerät hat einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Wasser und den Sonnenuntergang.

Amazing Property!

Our stay was amazing and the property was perfect from the pool, the view and easy access to the beach. We stayed on the 4th floor and had an excellent view of the fireworks at night! We will be back for our next Destin trip. Loved it!

Nicely updated

The condo is nicely updated My only complaint was the twin beds are very squeaky so my son slept on the couch. The King size bed was ok for sleeping for me I guess it depends on how you like your mattress. Other than that we enjoyed the room and property. We will stay again!

This unit is fantastic!

The unit is updated and well-appointed. It had everything we needed and boasts a great view of the sunset and harbor entrance. The walk to the beach is really short and easy. Alan the beach attendant is very friendly and helpful. Can't say anything bad about the unit, it is great. If you are reading reviews and hesitate because of posts related to dryer not working. It has been replaced and works very well.

Fabulous

Wow! This unit was amazing! It was very clean and tastefully decorated. We were a little worried about the walk to the beach, but soon found out we were worried for no reason. Our view of the harbor entrance from the balcony was gorgeous. One thing I wish we would have known when we got there was to go down to the beach each morning to reserve your chairs that come with the unit. It’s a first come first serve basis and we didn’t find that out until our third day, but once we figured that out my husband went down around 6-6:30 each morning and took 2 towels to place on each chair. Overall our experience was GREAT and we would definitely try to get this unit again when we stay in Destin.

One thing I would suggest when the office people set a date for reserving your condo...they make sure all are aware of date just not the ones at a meeting. I feel also we had a lot of problems with the washers not working. Okay...our condo 415...is not a luxury platinum...washer, dryer do not work. Some of the furniture, mattresses should be replaced. Love the walk in shower and decor colors.

Choose another condo, W/D is the only reason we chose this condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice condo, however we were not notified about the dryer being out of order until after we checked. The staff at the front desk didn’t even notify us during check in, basically house cleaning out some painters tape on it that said broke. After we inquired about it, we were told it had been out of service for months. Front desk attitude gave the impression that they could care less about the situation.

Spring Break Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over all, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was great, especially for families with small children. The pool, beach and restaurants were not overly-crowded and the atmosphere was great. The condo was very pretty and the pools were a great temperature for this time of year. My one suggestion would be for the housekeeping staff to pay a bit more attention to detail. We found a empty water bottle behind a nightstand and candy in one of the nightstand drawers. The floors appeared clean but our feet and socks were very dirty. We had to wear shoes at all times while in the condo. The floors definitely were not mopped prior to our arrival. We would stay here again but our hope is that this review will help the cleaning staff to improve for future stays.

Great Covid escape!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Vacation rental was perfect! We stayed a week & could not have been happier! This rental was clean & very well appointed with nice up to date furnishings & appliances. It was the perfect size for a family of 4 including 2 teenagers! Plenty of room for all of us to spread out & feel comfortable. Master bedroom had a view of the ocean & sunsets were spectacular! Location to beach was a quick easy walk & the beach attendants were awesome! We got provisions for breakfast & snacks & either did takeout or went out for dinners which worked well for us. Some restaurants were better than others regarding Covid precautions so we tended to go to more upscale restaurants to avoid bigger crowds & risk. Our favorite was Louisiana Lagniappe! Also loved the Island Wing Company for takeout & drinks at the bar while you wait! Overall a fantastic trip & beautiful property. Would definitely stay in this condo again & would absolutely recommend to others!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was the second vacation our family spent at this property and with rental rates going up as much as 15% you would think that they would keep up with the quality, but you would be wrong. Apartment was filthy with litter under beds and empty soda cans behind plant pots. All closet doors were broken and so was the dryer for which I got a small refund. Cockroaches in the bathroom at night. Swimming pool under water lights did not work for the whole stay. Compering with the properties around it is still a good deal, but with prices going up and quality down I will be looking for something else next time.
