The terrace of our apartment block leads directly onto the beach. The La Manga Club is just 10 minutes away, and its 3 x 18 hole golf courses often hosts the Open. The facilities are available to non-residents.

Several other good courses are within easy driving. Our apartments are within walking distance from a reasonably-priced sports center, with floodlit football pitch, tennis courts, gym, and spinning and pilates classes. Also canooing. In school holidays there are activities organised for children. The old Roman town of Cartagena is 20 mins drive, or a pleasant 20 mins train ride from nearby Los Nietos and together with Murcia and Alicante offer great shopping, culture and eating. We are a few minutes walk from 2 typical Spanish restaurants,a supermarket and cafes, and a superb restaurant run by a Maitre Sommelier (Master of Wine).
5 minutes drive takes you to the cafe-lined quay of Cabo de Palos with superb fish restaurants and fantastic Sunday outdoor market: watch the fish being brought in. A few minutes drive further takes you to the La Manga strip, 23km long with plentiful restaurants, bars, shops, cycle lanes and miles of beaches.
This is really a holiday for every generation of the family, but also good for romantic breaks too. From free mud baths for arthritis or skin problems, to all the sporting activities. from high buoyancy warm seas brilliant for children, for windsurfing and sailing classes and go-carts for the older ones, or the untouched beaches of the Calblanque natural park next to the international diving centre of Cabo de Palos. Take a picnic to enjoy in the dunes: walk, cycle or ride the nature trails. It is not allowed to be built on, and just 15 minutes away.

The fruit and vegetables are all grown locally and sell in daily local markets., they taste wonderful. Local restaurants are good value, and also do deliveries. You can walk along the beach to something very sophisticated, however.
We are the closest apartment block to the beach, . All the rooms have ceiling fans. There's also hot and cold air conditioning. We have duvets, lightweight summer bedding, and winter bedding too for your comfort. The kitchen has proper oven + microwave, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer and washing machine. Cleaning charge of 50 euros is payable locally, on arrival. Our caretaker lives nearby should you require assistance, and does airport collection for a competitive charge, if you wish. Late arrival after 10 pm carries a 20 euro payment to the caretaker.

We respectfully ask that you smoke only on the balcony, not indoors..There are parasols and equipment for the beach.
